The hotel's European atmosphere, from the exterior of the newly built building, the Tiffany glass dome in the reception hall, to the various British-style rooms, is a fine display of traditional classical craftsmanship. The Keukenhof Restaurant, the Royal Concierge Hall, and the multi-functional exhibition space on the top floor, which is a combination of art, leisure and magic, allow you to immerse yourself in Italian elegance and romance, and float between the classical magic.

Although the l floor I stayed was silent floor but somehow it was noisy from somewhere out of my room in the early morning around 6am. In my room, on the top of the curtain full of dust. Terrible western breakfast especially the cheese omelette. So I didn’t take their breakfast on the next day. They provided with good service.

The hotel is really nice. Clean and tidy. It is fairly close to both bus and train stations. It is fairly accessible. The room was neat and tidy and had everything needed. It was modern and everything was great. The breakfast was delicious. However the staff at the hotel were not adept handling foreign tourists. However, the language barrier was overcome by their friendly and helping nature.

飯店位置絕佳，服務人員態度良好親切！
房間舒適大間，廁所乾濕分離空間也很足夠還有免治馬桶跟暖氣！
早餐時間7:00-14:00非常適合睡到飽再吃不用起一大早😁
整個飯店裝潢很歐洲風情，光大廳就可以拍照拍很久

ห้องพักไม่ใหญ่แต่ทุกอย่างลงตัวพื้นที่ใช้สอยพอดีตัว เข้าห้องไปแล้วรู้สึกอบอุ่นชวนให้อยากอยู่หลายไปวัน แต่น่าเสียดายที่มีเวลาพักที่ไถหนานแค่วันเดียว คนมีรถสามารถเอารถจอดหน้าโรงแรมได้ พนักงานจะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้ มื้อเช้ามีเมนูพิเศษตามที่เลือกไว้ เป็นโรงแรมเล็กไปที่ห้องพักสวย เงียบ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนสุดๆ

櫃檯人員專業度不夠，寫錯名字還怪電腦問題，也沒覺得抱歉！從房間撥打櫃檯，房務都沒人接聽⋯⋯至少撥打7-8通⋯建議人員訓練要再加強！
