原本是預定兩人房，但因為住宿兩晚所以就幫我們升級成家庭房，整體來說還不錯，空間大，陽台的景觀也棒的，公共空間有提供過濾水，杯子等等，服務人員也會固定做冰塊，在這個位置晚上也相對安靜，附近就是安平樹屋、安平老街走路不會太遠很方便，停車的部分附近基本都有蠻多位置可以停的，也算不錯。 接下來覺得是缺點及需要改善的地方 1.蚊子-不管是屋外屋內蚊子都特多，還好本身有準備防蚊液，不然會很痛苦 2.check in-到達後需要先掃官方Line聯繫，才會給內外門的密碼，但我們到達並聯繫之後還過了一段時間才回覆，導致我們提著大包小包在外面等，也沒有門鈴，又一堆蚊子天氣又很熱，只好趕緊打電話聯絡屋主，才終於進門，這個流程不知是否可以優化，或許在訂房的資訊上先寫清楚，若不方便先給也至少讓旅客可以先加入官方帳號，當日再提供密碼之類的是不是比較好呢 3.浴室- 浴室裡的廁所很窄，身高比較高的人坐馬桶膝蓋會頂到門，另外淋浴間的排水孔沒有清理，開水使用之後才發現水完全是堵塞的排不掉，不過聯繫服務人員之後有馬上來處理，但在那之前感覺已經很久沒有清理了才會堵塞，另外浴室提供的水杯摸起來有點黏黏的，所以也不太敢使用 雖然整體還不錯，但感覺還是有可以提升更好的地方，不過還會有意願再去入住，若下次還有機會去入住，希望可以有更好的體驗。
