Le lenzuola, le trapunte e gli asciugamani da bagno non erano puliti ed erano grigi e vecchi. L'hotel è molto vecchio, l'unico vantaggio è che la stanza è spaziosa

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere, siamo profondamente dispiaciuti per il disagio causatovi durante il vostro soggiorno. Effettueremo una revisione interna sulle questioni sollevate. Le forniture delle camere degli ospiti verranno sostituite regolarmente con nuove. Chiederemo inoltre al personale addetto alle pulizie di rafforzare la pulizia e la manutenzione delle attrezzature nella camera e di effettuare ispezioni dopo la pulizia della camera. Mi dispiace per l'inconveniente e i problemi causati durante la tua pausa e spero che tu possa perdonarmi. In attesa della tua prossima visita. Se avete altri suggerimenti, non esitate a darli.

The room is spacious and location is great. But the housekeeping staff put my pajama somewhere I don’t think it got cleaned frequently after making up the room. This makes me feel uncomfortable.

A variety of food options for breakfast. Great for picky eaters especially kids. The staff is also attentive, they noted my father’s birthday and prepared a surprise even though we didn’t mentioned about it. Location is great! With sogo and another mall nearby and small eateries that opened till late for supper.

Very clean and awesome services provided. The hotel even provided the free parking at the basement. Stayed 6 days and they provide the different breakfasts everyday with plenty of selections available. Highly recommended.

Prime location!!!!! Free parking downstairs right in the middle of the city. Great food options nearby. Nice selection for breakfast (East and Western style). Quality bottled water. Staff was attentive and helpful. The extractor fan in the toilet was not working but the water pressure and temperature was good! Personally, we felt the bed was a little on the soft side but for some people that might just be perfect.

Like: The hotel has big room to accommodate 5/6 persons. Clean. Spacious Next to sogo with many food and shopping Bathtub Dislike: Breakfast was cold, but they changed some of the varieties everyday

Very convenient hotel. Next to Sogo and there is one dessert shop near the hotel is very good. Also accross the hotel there is shop selling vegetable bun is very delicious. Some japanese restaurant in front of the hotel. Next to watson and 7 eleven

The interior is avian theme which was interesting. Location is beside a shopping mall, Watson and convenience store. I stayed alone and the room is spacious enough for me

Airline inn was right beside Sogo and it was just a short drive away fro. The train station. There were 2 coin operated washing machines and 2 driers which was really useful during the summer months. Breakfast was decent and had a large spread of food. Their bath room and sheets were clean. The room was quite spacious and there was a lot of space to open the luggages.

Good location with bus no. 159 in front the hotel easily travel to HSR/Rail/MRT station.
