Hotel in zona Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

No complain of the location, top. But a few below to show the real quality of the seda studio room -very thin wall, could hear next room very clearly -room has weird arrangement, TV only facing the bed, can't turn to sofa. -oversized dining table placement blocking access to the plugs and ports -toilet paper holder kept falling off -one of the elevators was jumpy, going up -housekeeping didn't replace towels after room cleaning -found sticker still stuck on the orange slice in my cocktail at the ground floor restaurant In short it's not worthy of the value you paid. Fake 4 stars hotel

Everything is exceptional. Every detail and area inside the hotel is carefully thought of and service needs are anticipated ahead. The complimentary cake and Wedding Anniversary greeting props made our stay extra special.

From check-in to dining and concierge services, the team is professional, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall guest experience. **Check-Out Process:** One area that could be improved is the check-out process. During my stay, it took around 40 minutes to complete, which felt unnecessarily long. This delay was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to wrap up a trip efficiently. Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience. **Overall:** Grand Hyatt Manila offers a luxurious stay with a fantastic location and outstanding service from the staff. However, the lengthy check-out process is a notable drawback. If this aspect is addressed, the hotel would be nearly perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Value for money hotel, ideal for a quick overnight at BGC. Don’t expect much for amenitiies as this hotel is not for that purpose. Location is great, rooms not small, not big but with a well thought layout for a decent place to sleep and wash.

Stayed for 4 nights. Jhon was very help the moment I arrive and help to facilitate a smooth check in. Throughout my stay, Jhon is alway very helpful for any of my requests to ensure I have a comfortable stay. Location was amazing with lots of restaurants across the street and Uptown mall is about 5mins walk from the hotel.

L'hotel condo era spazioso, pulito e in una posizione fantastica, convenientemente collegato al centro commerciale Uptown, ma non lo consiglierei per le famiglie con i toddler che sono molto attive. Mio figlio ha avuto un incidente quando un rack di scarpe brillante gli è caduto, poco dopo che ho rimosso i suoi oggetti. Mentre il personale era più preoccupato per il 6000 $ PHP per il danneggiato rack che per il danno di mio figlio, essi mostravano poco di responsabilità per la condizione insicuro del rack. Anywhere you go on the Philippines expect to get great service. This place was no exception. From the moment our Grab car parked, an attendant came and took our bags right away. They always have someone opening the door for you and greeting you. Check in is on the 5th floor and not on the bottom floor with which we are used to. The room was clean but you can tell it needs an update. Some floor tiles in the bathroom had chips and the toilet seat was wobbly. We ordered room service our last night so we could pack and the food was amazing for the price point. I would definitely stay here again because it is so close to shops and restaurants and again the service is wonderful!

Service - minus 1 star as check in wasnt as breezy as one would hope. Went to the lobby - it’s your usual 3-4 star lobby. But our contact was at the lobby extension. Apparently, the main lobby was for permanent residents - transients have a different reception area on the other side of the driveway. It was a square and sparse airconditioned room with 2 or 3 3-seater sofas, a desk for the person in charge and 2 seats for the first in line. It felt more like a triage room than a reception area. Check in is at 3pm and there was a queue (aside from those seated, 5 or more were standing in line). The afternoon sun was shining through the glass doors - be ready to wear sunglasses indoors during the wait if youre worried about uv rays. We were there a qtr past and were next in line. Apparently the ones before us had issues with their reservation since the owner of their unit never relayed their booking info to the bldg mgt. Ours was prepared though - they had a representative who reached out to us during the morning of check in. Basically the rep dealt with the bldg mgt’s person in charge - we just had to show our IDs and wait. Location is great - lots of food options just a block away in any direction. Room Amenities - pretty standard: absolute water (4 small bottles), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap, cotton pads & q tips. Their bath towels were super fluffy though Cleanliness - pretty standard.

MySpace Hotel in BGC: A surprisingly great value! For the price, especially considering the BGC location, MySpace Hotel is a fantastic find. The room I booked was on the smaller side, but you get a surprisingly good buffet breakfast included (though the selection is limited, it's still a buffet!). I was so happy with the complimentary orange juice in the lobby – I honestly lost track of how many refills I had! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for my birthday, decorating our room with a sweet towel arrangement and giving us hotel mugs as a gift (we sadly couldn't take them home due to luggage restrictions). The shower was easy to use, and the internet? Blazing fast! My husband and I worked remotely the whole time with zero lag. Highly recommend!
