Service was average - was a bit slow. You get what you expect in a 4-star hotel. Overall experience was okay except for the room we were in. Do not stay in room L501 (Cellar Premier) if you're going as a family. You will not get a good night's rest because you'll hear the stomping or footsteps of the people staying in the room above you.

We booked a Superior room for an overnight stay at Lee Boutique Hotel Tagaytay. It has two available bed types: one queen size or two single beds. We requested for one queen-size bed and also noted that we will be checking in late since it has conflict with our work schedule. We called the property, and the Baguio branch replied to us and referred us to the Tagaytay branch contact number. They didn't reply to us when we contacted them, but when checked in, we had a smooth transaction. Our only concern is that they don't have slippers, which was stated on our confirmation email. Guards are accommodating. We asked if the pool was available, and the guard opened the gate for us to access it. We were occupying the whole pool in the morning. Thank you!

Overall hotel experience is great. The room is spacious and nice view on taal volcano. The hotel and amenities is quite old but well maintained. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno qui nel lago hotel tagaytay. E' anche la nostra prima volta che viaggiamo intorno alla tagaytay. E anche concedono il mio complimento d'anniversario ai miei genitori. Uno dei miei disappunti è che la nostra stanza non è spaziosa e non c'è vista. Mi ha appena fatto un sacco di shock durante l'ispezione che la stanza che ho prenotato è standard, ma so di me stesso che ho prenotato una stanza superiore. Prendo anche un letto di doppia dimensione e chiedendo di mettere un letto extra se non possibile per 5 pach . Ma non c'è messo. Grazie per averci aiutato a controllare e controllare, ma non è amichevole 😁 Non riesco a sentire che siamo benvenuti perché quando parla, fa il suo viso poker che è tutto . E buon servizio per Niño se non mi sbaglio per il suo nome. ci ha aiutato durante il check-in e il check-out e fa anche saluti mabuhay ogni volta che ti vede intorno e ci offre anche di prendere una foto 😍 buon lavoro niño per il tuo bene in servizio meritare questa buona recensione finalmente La vista è grande, tuttavia non è pulita per la zona di piscina e il ristorante è noioso. Sarebbe tornato se per caso ❤️ grazie!!

The room has a large screen TV, air conditioning that is cool enough, save in the part that you want to use a notebook and a relaxing corner with a comfortable sofa, a clean toilet with strong liquid flow, complete toiletries Make sure that is clear and very relaxing to see a little soft light through and start the day very well The staff here also provide good service, no jam and talk about travel information or recommend delicious restaurants nearby. To get a great room, worth the price and really suitable for relaxation and will definitely come back again!

Solo in basso ci aspettavamo quasi un'ora durante il check-in solo per ottenere una delle due camere che abbiamo prenotato. La seconda stanza ci fu data quando li abbiamo chiamati a seguire alle ore 6:00 su una nota positiva, amo il paesaggio e le vibrazioni di notte, soprattutto quando la banda vivente ha iniziato a giocare. In generale, la mia famiglia ha avuto il miglior fine settimana qui! Certamente una memoria di base per noi 🤍

This is a fantastic hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean room. The location is good along the highway. Pool is clean and breakfast buffet is so tasty. Will be coming back as price is so affordable.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'hotel View Park e ho avuto una fantastica esperienza. Il personale era amichevole e attento, la camera era pulita e confortevole, e le strutture erano top-notch. In generale, consiglio molto questo hotel per un soggiorno meraviglioso!

Awesome , rooms are immaculately clean and still like almost like new. A blisful stay with complete amenities. No deposit requireds so u have more cash to spend on the hotel menu. Breakfast buffet is the highlight of the stay. Going home with lots of smile and kudos to the team.
