Ho soggiornato una notte per riposare e visitare il nord dell'isola. Il luogo è molto tranquillo ideale per riposare. Pulizia, assistenza dell'ospite molto corretta. Bagni e cucina sono condivisi. Per il prezzo della Hab è molto bene.

Questo hotel è stato ideale come base per una vacanza a piedi di gruppo. Camera tranquilla grande con tavoli e sedie a panchina confortevole e cucina. Una vasta gamma di cibo disponibile per colazione. La ricezione è stata molto utile ed efficiente. Ho chiesto di prolungare il mio soggiorno di 3 giorni e questo è stato organizzato immediatamente senza complicazioni. Prezzo ragionevole per la qualità a 104 EUR per notte, incluso il colazione. La posizione è centrale, a pochi passi dal centro storico della città con negozi, musei, chiese, cattedrale e ristoranti. C'è un bus pubblico TITSA che parte direttamente dall'indietro dell'hotel a Santa Cruz senza dover andare alla stazione di autobus. Non ho usato il bagno e mi ha sorpreso di quanto poco si diceva - non ho visto alcuna menzione in camera. Un punto leggermente negativo era la cucina. E' stato bello avere le strutture, ma hanno reso difficile l'uso. Tavole quasi vuote con nessun cucchiaio, bolle o piastre fornite, solo due tazze di tè e, stranamente, un salsapane. Apparentemente questa (mancanza) di attrezzature era esattamente la stessa in ogni stanza, non era che la mia mancasse cose.

Hotel bellissimo, carino con eccellente servizio e strutture più valore per soldi. Spero di ritornare.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights at the end of February (after half-term). We had booked a premium room, on an all inclusive basis. When booking, we requested a room on a higher floor, away from the main pool. Upon arrival we were checked-in quickly and given room 801. This was at the front of the hotel, which met our request and gave us a good view of the hotels infinity pool and solarium areas across the road. Upon entering the room we found a complementary package of 4 bottles of water, a bottle of cava, 2 chocolates and a plate of biscuits. The room also had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Whilst there was air conditioning, we did not use it. There was adequate storage space for our brief stay. We had read in other reviews about a lack of wall sockets, but we had 3 available in our room.The wifi in the room was weak, but worked well elsewhere. The bathroom had a bath with shower, toilet and bidet. The hotel provided a selection of eco toiletries including a vanity kit (cotton pads and buds), shower cap, shoe horn and comb. The shower and bath had shower gel and shampoo in dispensers fixed to the wall, but away from the shower end. Soap was provided for the vanity basin. There was plentry of toilet paper, sufficient bath and hand towels and a bath mat. We found the food to be excellent at all meals with a great choice. There was a waffle maker at breakfast and an area set aside with additional supplies of tea and coffee for premium room guests. The evening meals were themed. On the nights we were there it was Indian and Canarian. We noted that if you were a later eater at dinner you would be shown to a table, rather than being able to select your own if you came earlier. One night there was a soft ice cream maker and cones to make cornettos. The evening entertainment when we were there was Johnny Circus, a miming clown whom we had seen before. He was very funny and got a good response (starting early and finishing after he was due to end). We were there earlier than the advertised start time, however it was still hard to find 2 seats together. The other night was a quiz which was not so popular. The bar in the entertainment area coped well but the soft drinks (especially the cola) were disgusting. There were no nearby toilets and the wife was not happy with having to go down 2 flights of stairs wearing heels. There was also entertainment by the main pool, but when we looked at going there, there were no seats free (even sharing a table). There was another bar in the lobby area, which was very busy and had queues as there was only one person serving. There was also a disco room (with bar) downstairs, but there was nobody in it when we looked in after the main entertainment. By the lobby toilets, there was a pool table and a well-stocked book swap. There was a bar at the main and infinity pool areas. Location incredibile sul mare, la vista dalla nostra camera(al 13’ piano) valeva da sola il prezzo. Vicinissimo alle piscine Martianez, risulta molto comodo per visitare il centro di Puerto. Entrando si percepisce una sensazione di pulito che si vive in tutti gli ambienti, sempre impeccabilmente igienizzati e profumati. Cortesia e disponibilità sono prerogative costanti riscontrabili in tutto il personale della struttura. Avendo la pensione completa , abbiamo avuto modo di verificare menù sempre squisiti e variati. Quando di nuovo a Puerto, il Best Semiramis sarà la nostra futura casa.
