Days Inn by Wyndham Sylvan Lake

친절한 직원이있었고 실반레이크에서 가까웠다. 베란다가 있어서 색달랐으나 주차장은 좁았으며 방도 좁았다.

I loved the location, super close and easy to get to other amenities. The room was exactly what we needed. 10/10

I just hope the reception people are well knowledgeable and attentive next time but overall its a great staying. Will check in back very soon!

Friendly staff Disappointed our room did not have caffeine coffee, talked to front desk and they said they only had decaffeinated coffee

This property is horribly managed showed up at 8:00pm cuz I had a long drive after work for a hockey tournament in Sylvan Lake with my 6-year-old and my wife when we got there the room was so cold I could see my breath the only option they had was a small heater that should have been on in the room that was not sufficient the whole third floor was not heated hallways were ice cold went down to try to find any solution ask for more blankets they said they were some in the room they had none would not grab us any ask for a heater the hemmed and hod finally after an hour of nothing they decided to bring us a heater my son's game was at 7:30 in the morning which means we had to be there at 7:00 (which my son could not fall asleep from being so cold and woke up sick) breakfast restaurant in the hotel was just as horrible for service and taste as well regular amenities such as simple coffee in the room were not common here tried to sell their own coffee from said restaurant for $5 walked across the street to Petro Canada for $1 coffee quite possibly the worst Hotel I've stayed in before and I've stayed in quite a few and crappy ones ones that had school themes with desks and creepy things on the wall find one of the many other hotels in Sylvan will save you a headache and freezing if you're there in winter

the rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. There are limited facilities available but a very good breakfast. We have stayed there a number of times when visiting family in Sylvan Lake. and will stay there again

Room was freezing upon arrival took most of night to finally get warmed up. Called numerous numbers to try to contact front desk and all numbers were out of service prior to arrival at hotel. Had to take several trips up and down the stairs which were not shoveled and covered in ice to bring my belongings up to room. Would not stay here again.

Poor, front desk service. Attendant left desk unattended for long stretches, initially refused to provide my family with an extra towel for showers until I persisted. Morning breakfast was cold.

The staff was very helful , responsive to our questions and concerns. I would difinitly book at this hotel again when I am in Sylvan lake
