Stayed there for a night. It was OK for short stay. Nothing special

Great restaurant and rooftop terrace, A/C available. Room decoration a bit basic.

This places was not what was described in the pictures. It’s very run down and needs a lot of work. Very dirty inside the room, door was not locking, dirty bed outside door and window was falling off . There were stains everywhere and mould growing on the walls.

Great place, very friendly staff management went out there way to let me stay a little longer to get sorted then the normal 12pm would recommend with the roof top restaurant and pool and the price you can’t go wrong 😊 amazing place must visit when your in sylhet

Every time I have stayed here, it has been a great hotel, with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE , the restaurant has a great variety for breakfast | There is even a beautiful view of the decor and art. The beauty of the ENTIRE SYLHET CITY can be enjoyed from this hotel. I have stayed here several times and it has become my favorite place for early morning flights. I would like to thank all the management, especially Mohammed Nahiyan, for being so caring and hospitable.

Unprofessional misbehavior, pick up of unwanted parents by hotel staff and verbal abuse by hotel staff, corrupt hotel management, Embezzlement of money by unfairly and illegally deducting the salary of the hotel staff by introducing various unreasonable rules.

Their rooftop is the best to explore the breathtaking view of beautiful Sylhet. Service is also very professional than any other hotels. Just love the interior of Antalya Restaurant along with delicious meals. Coming here with fnfs would be the best plan for your next holiday!

My recent stay at the Noorjahan Hotel was an absolute pleasure. The hotel is situated in a prime location, exactly opposite of Dargah. Honestly, I like their swimming pool, fantastic view from the rooftop, food, and cleanliness. The staff were amazing and friendly, and helpful. You can't order food from outside. receptionists are not good. The complementary breakfast was very poor. A few items and foods didn't taste good. It was a great hotel, but it lost its quality day by day.

I’ve never thought I would find out such a beautiful unique hotel in my city. The staff and management was super friendly and helpful and made our stay even more memorable. Ambiance was 10/10. Loved their food and pool. Specially you can have a full city view from their infinity pool and can also see meghalaya mountain range on a clear sky day. Restaurants are very well decorated and Couple dinner package is highly recommended. The taste of kebab items from dinner were so good that still making me crave for this. And they have an open air Shisha bar near pool which is kinda best. 😍 Believe me once you go and stay there and Boom!💥 you would love them so much that there’s no turning back. In sha Allah will go there soon. Wishing you very best Hotel Noorjahan Grand. ❤️

Excellent Hotel. Absolute value for money. The service and ambience you get in the money you pay for is amazing. Specially the rooftop is out of the world

I visited the shisha lounge upstairs. Made advance payment. 2300tk for special shisha. Lady killer flavour was disgusting from the start. 10 mins in I told the staff we cannot taste anything but burnt flavour and it’s hitting the back of the throat. Staff kept saying to smoke it will get better. I told them 3 times in a space of 20 mins. Nothing was done. We then walked out and went to Grand Sylhet (Sahara lounge). Staff were super unfriendly. Very disappointed. If you are from the UK and smoke shisha avoid this place. It’s a scam.
