Sydney: hotel sulla spiaggia

Besides charging me $170 to use the TV in the conference room but then reducing the cost after I complained the Four seasons is always perfect. Proxy vut always well worth the cost when on a business trip. They have all the facilities and go beyond on service.

We had an amazing stay at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction! We arrived early and the staff were kind enough to allow us an early check in. Room is extremely spacious and kitchen is well-stocked. Location is amazing as you’re right about Bondi Junction station, with easy access to public transport and minutes away from the CBD. Highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

Apartment is located in close proximity to Darling harbour. Apartment was a nice size and very clean. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Tariff reasonable for a city stay of 1 night. Biggest negative is the road noise. Don’t expect to sleep in or even sleep at any time of day. The apartments are located on a very busy road that starts from 5am. You could hardly hear yourself talk it was that loud. Awful. No blockout curtains just cheap and aged vertical blinds that let the light in. So if the noise doesn’t wake you up the sun will. Noisy air conditioner- that rattled away all night long, if we turned it off the apartment became unbearably hot. We were only in for a night- and won’t be rebooking for future stays.

La posizione è King, è a pochi passi da Rocks, Circular Quay, Pitt Street Mall, QVB. Passeggiata a fermate di autobus, fermate di ferro leggero e metro. , così si può letteralmente spiare fuori da qualsiasi parte di Sydney. La stanza che ho già controllato era una stanza standard che ho prenotato, è una stanza molto bella, tuttavia la TV non funzionava e ha preso l'ingegnere per 20 minuti ancora incapace di ripararlo. We stayed for two nights at the end of May. Our room was quiet & clean even if in need of a refurbish, which presumably, going by the building works going on, is in progress. The building works didn't impinge on our stay at all. Our breakfast (which was included in our room rate), was surprisingly good. The area it was served in was very clean and bright. We found all the staff to be pleasant. Being able to checkin & checkout on line made things move quicker, especially the checkout. The cost of accommodation in the city is very high so we were pleased that Song Hotel was a bit more affordable to us.

4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here for less than one night as had to leave at 2 am to get flight. Room was nice and modern with good facilities but there was some noise from the street. Staff very helpful. Location was handy for park etc but not the greatest area….noisy bars etc and a little run down in my opinion. First impressions were bad. Any hotel that has to lock the bathroom on the ground floor so that you need a key from reception to use indicates they have problems. Overall a 3 star hotel.

Grande hotel con una grande posizione. La nostra camera era un po' piccola ma abbiamo prenotato una camera compatta così si aspettava. Le strutture erano buone e la TV aveva Netflix, che era un plus.
