It Was really nice for the price. On the quieter side out the front of hotel. We were on 3rd floor, Aircon worked well, no elevator, staff where nice and friendly, did our washing for us 60B for per kg, room cleaned everyday, gave us water and toilet paper everyday. Had a fridge and tv. Shower water took a while to get hot and didn’t stay very hot also not a lot of water pressure. We stayed during songkran and it was great as we weren’t in the midst of it when we left our hotel. It was only 25 min walk to night bazaar markets and night area. 5 min drive. Would definitely stay there again at the price! Overall very tidy and clean, facilities okay and very good for the price.

We had an amazing stay there. Perfect location in the city center, and the room was great. The staff was super friendly, they brought the luggage to our room, gave us indications on what to do nearby, and were very welcoming. I really recommend.

very nice hotel, the room was newish and very clean. just so you'd know: the small balcony which appears in the photos is not reachable (and indeed there was no mention of balcony at the room details, so no complains), it is only window, as written on the web site. non the less the room is comfortable and pleasant. The reception counter works from 12:30 PM to 10PM. The stuff is nice, there is a free coffee at the lobby. great location on a quiet street in the Lanna.

Suitable for single and couples. Good for the price and excellent service, the staff were always friendly. I recommend.

Very nice hotel, great room and facilities (especially the Aircon). Our flight wasn't until later in the day, yet they let us leave our bags there free of charge. Very nice staff and very accommodating

Friendly staff. My room was ok but very noisy.. people talling loud upstairs..and by street side also.i guess for couples of nights. Temples visit in rhe area & cafes nearby

Room is clear, stuff is helpful. But water is pretty cold and Aircon is not cold enough

Simple but really good!

I didn't expect the hotel to be so good as I paid a small amount of money for a night. Everything just exceeded my expectations - in-room amenities, room space, location, staff... Everything was just on point. I would rate it 10 out of 10 and I would definitely come back if I ever consider getting an accommodation in Chiang Mai.

The hotel is new so its sparkling clean . The front desk staff is very nice , very helpful n very attentive .
