Il nostro soggiorno complessivo a Kimpton è sorprendente! Buona ospite, pulizia, buoni servizi di front desk, check-in/out veloce. La stanza è pulita e meravigliosa, ha l'ipad della stanza per noi di scegliere le strutture, la classe di yoga della stanza e così via. Amore il mini bar, le scarpe e tutto in kimpton!Certamente verrà.Torna indietro.

Could improve more on the check in service. I booked this room in 2 different booking (on 2 platforms) as there was changes to our flight schedule. And the booking was done under my mum’s name as leading guest, other 3 person as other guests. When arrived at the hotel for check in, the staff insisted us to present the leading guest’s credit card/bank card for deposit, don’t allowed me to use my bank card for the deposit, or else they have the right to deny our check-in even I had explained that my mum didn’t bring her bank card as we are sponsoring her expenses in Australia, which I had also showed them the check-in coupon from the platform with full payment confirmation. They DO NOT ACCEPT other guests’s bank card/ credit card for the deposit even the names are shown in the booking confirmation voucher. At that time the attending staff has no intention to help us to resolve this issue but to ask us to settle ourselves in the booking App (which at this point the modification of the guest names are not allowed anymore in the App). After almost 20min of struggle with the platform app which we still couldn’t resolve it and after some hard time and negotiation with the staff, finally he agreed to let us check-in using my bank card to pay for the deposit. This is the first time I encounter such rule of insisting leading guest bank card for deposit ONLY, and do not accept other guest’s bank card for deposit payment. I hope the hotel can state this rule clearly in their introduction page to avoid similar circumstances happen again. Generally it’s a good stay with good price for the location and the amenities of this hotel. Easily accessible with tram and train. Many attractions within walking distance.

L'AC nella camera 2614 non funzionava, ma abbiamo chiamato il personale dell'hotel e immediatamente si sono trasferiti nella nuova camera, che è più grande. Grazie per la responsabilità immediata. La colazione non è troppo scelta. Pensavo potesse essere meglio per l'hotel 5 stelle.

We really liked the location, it was right next to Darling Harbour. We got a warm and friendly welcome by the intern Brent at the front desk. He was nice and told us about all the things to do around, however, we had requested a room with a view, that they didn't provide, which we didn't fuss over. We were pleasantly surprised to see an Indian dish in the already wonderful breakfast spread, and we loved that. The chef was kind enough to proactively ask us if we enjoyed the food and if we had a special request for the breakfast the next day, which they gladly honored. The hotel also had direct access to Darling Harbour, which was very convenient as we wanted to visit it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hospitality and customer service at Hyatt, and would gladly visit again.

The hotel location is good, the front desk reception is helpful, easy to checkin and check out. The only unpleasant moment here was only the Breakfast staff. No smile, not really friendly and always showing bad impression. And this is by all their staff. Hospitality industry shouldn’t be like this, especially for big chain like Ibis Hotel.

4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is very near to the Wyndham Station and also within walking distance to the tram station that travel along the CBD. The hotel is near to various tourist attractions like Sydney Opera House and also QVB. Highly recommended

Everything went well. We were provided with the twin bed room as specified in our booking, with no unexpected surprises like being given a king bed, which we did not want.. Stayed for 3 nights. Amenities were of good quality. Service was not bad, was attended to immediately at the entrance by the bell boy who handed our luggages with enthusiasm. Was also allowed early checked in as our room was ready when we arrived.

Spero che queste preoccupazioni siano affrontate per migliorare l'esperienza dei futuri ospiti.

La colazione era eccellente e il topo del tetto era un posto per godere di un cocktail e vedere un spettacolo di sole, ma tutto è stato lasciato in sostanza da un sostegno estremamente insufficiente dalla direzione. Mia moglie ha perso i suoi occhiali all'hotel, che sono distinti in un quadro di design e sono in una scatola d'oro brillante. Durante il controllo, abbiamo chiesto al dipartimento se fossero stati trovati e se fossero stati detto che non erano stati consegnati, ma che la ricezione sarebbe stata controllata con il bar Aster, dove crediamo fossero stati lasciati ma era stato chiuso al momento del controllo. Era molto scusata e disse che non era il normale standard che si aspettava dall'hotel e promise di parlare con il personale di Aster e di tornare a me per posta elettronica prima della fine della giornata. Purtroppo non si è proceduto a nessuna ulteriore comunicazione e non è stata risolta alcuna risposta. Sappiamo che la perdita è stata colpa nostra, ma la mancanza di interesse da parte del personale e la mancanza di promesse vuote e vuote da parte della direzione ci dissuaderebbero di rimanere ancora lì. Sembra che la gestione non abbia alcun interesse a promuovere la soddisfazione dei clienti.
