Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

While the rooms were clean, the bar was sticky as were the tables. The cigarette bins weren’t emptied and one consequently caught on fire. The fire was put out but the bins remained full. Clean the bar and tables as everyone was talking about how sticky everything was. Other than that, great staff, clean room. Trentham Gardens right opposite the hotel is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

Again another excellent stay at this hotel. It's position is convenient for visiting family but it is in a lovely area near Trentham Gardens and shops. The welcome is always warm and the staff exceptional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. One room was accessible and very convenient. The restaurant was good with a varied choice of food. We ate breakfast and one evening meal. I would highly recommend for a visit to Trentham and Stoke in general.

Great location just across from Trentham Gardens, Shopping Village & the lovely Home/Garden shop. Also very close to two restaurants, so a choice of dining. The hotel was being refurbished when we were there but this didn't impact us at all. Room was spacious, clean and tidy with comfortable bed. Close to M6 junction, so ideal for stopping off on a journey.

I stay in Premier Inns around the country many times each year and this was one of the best I've stayed in. I was in a wheelchair accessible room which had recently been refurbished. The accessibility was excellent. A large wetroom with plenty of room to manoevre my wheelchair with roll-in shower, plenty of grab rails in the right places and a sink with mirror at exactly the right height. The bed had plenty of space on both sides for transfer from wheelchair to bed and the wardrobe configuration had been well thought out. Staff at breakfast were great - friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. The location is perfect for visiting Trentham Gardens with plenty of parking. I wouldn't hesitiate to stay here again

Lovely Premier plus room spotless and comfortable . However the difference with this hotel was the staff . They were welcoming friendly and nothing was too much trouble . I witnessed the evening duty manager Leeanne assist and treat customers with disability’s with total respect and kindness . My mornings were much brighter due to Emily a staff members polite considerate service and beautiful smile at breakfast . I’d recommend this hotel any day of the week

The staff were exceptional, especially the manager who went out of her way to help me. They more than catered for my mobility issues and were caring throughout. There was another lady who helped my mum bring me breakfast in bed too. All in all, an absolute credit to Premier Inn.

An incredibly comfortable bed and new bathroom at a reasonable price and friendly staff. Thank you. I haven't been to a Premier Inn for over 20 years and was so favourably surprised. I didn't have breakfast as I was going on. Special mention to Ade at Reception who was warm and welcoming and genuinely concerned that I had a good stay.

Excellent service from the reception team especially Kirsty who went the extra mile to make my stay more enjoyable. My work had forgotten to book my room and as I arrived at 20.30 I was tired. Kirsty was very helpful in finding me a room and saving me having to drive round looking for somewhere to stay.
