We invite you to stay at our little slice of paradise located on Little Gasparilla Island, a bridgeless barrier island in Charlotte County, FL. Come stay at Hideaway Bay Beach Club and enjoy natural Florida at it's best. You can park in the private lot, take the ferry, and walk less than 200 yards to an island retreat, that includes plenty of beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, fishing poles and other gear so you can pack light and enjoy your time away from home! Feel free to catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the screened porch or watch the sunset from the private beach. Community dock space is available for personal boats 24' or less and on a first come basis.This family-friendly unit includes large bright rooms with flat screen TVs, comfortable couches and chairs, large dining table that seats 6, and covered seating under the unit for outdoor entertaining. Inside includes private bathrooms with loft and 2 full beds, main level has private master and king-sized bed with TV, dresser, hangers (stay a while and make yourself at home)! There is also a pack-n-play available for use, including linens. Some puzzles, playing cards, books, DVDs, and Roku device for indoor entertainment, plus community WiFi. Please note the only access to the unit main living area includes a flight of stairs. Unit amenities: Propane and custom charcoal grill, cooler, ice maker in freezer, fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, slow cooker, etc., Keurig coffee maker (bring your own k-cups), cold brew pitcher, just bring your groceries and never have to leave the island.Full size washer and dryer (Pack light, no need to bring the whole wardrobe!)Linens and beach towels provided.Paddle board to enjoy the bayside sights of manatee, dolphin, or other wildlife.Fishing poles (out of state visitors will need a fishing license), bring some bait.Umbrella, beach wagon, some toys, and chairs are available for use.Golf cart is available with a deposit. 1/16/2025 Update - Hurricane repairs are completed, with new landscaping. Turtle Landing is back open!A wonderful, 'Old Florida,' Beach house with new renovations! This island home is decorated with a nautical theme. Walk the beautiful hardwood floors and watch the sunset from the over-sized rear porch. Minutes' walk on a sand road to the quiet seven-mile beach. This beach is perfect for swimming or collecting seashells. You have to travel far in this world to find a beach like this.Turtle Landing has an open floor plan and comes with all the trimmings. Perfect for a family or friends to enjoy a stay at Palm Island. House has cathedral ceiling, large yard and a nice private pool & spa. Out the back porch is a long dock that is great for fishing, kayaking or swimming in Kettle Harbor. In the house, we offer streaming video and TV entertainment with YouTube TV, Netflick and Amazon.Turtle Landing will leave you in the 'old Florida' style that you expect. This recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home offers true relaxation and convenience. Just one block from the beach, this is a prime location. Float in the private pool, play ping pong in the downstairs entertainment area, and watch the sunset from the wrap-around porch. A true island paradise with all the essentials to make your vacation easy and fun. Both bedrooms have King beds and smart TVs. The family room sofa is a queen pull out. Washer and dryer just off kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and grill is located just past the pool under grill gazebo. Downstairs on ground level is an entertaining, chill zone. Make a tropical drink at the bar, watch your game/shows on the TV, dine in the fresh air- make the best of this outdoor living area. This house will give you memories for a lifetime. Beach chairs, kayaks, bikes, towels and toys are included. Don Pedro Island (Palm Island) is only accessible via ferry. Cars, golf carts and pedestrians are transported to and from the island on the ferry. Please visit palmislandtransit.com for rates and transport schedule/times. All guests are responsible for their own ferry fees. There is a Publix grocery store located about 5 minutes from the ferry access. The island has a small convenience store, along with a casual restaurant (Rum Bay) and ice cream shop (Coconuts). Golf cart rentals are available on the island. Upon booking with us, you will be sent a recommendation for booking.
