Recently remolded with lake themed decor will make you not want to leave. Spacious living room with dining table to seat 6 and 4 barstools for additional seating at bar top. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Balcony area includes large table to sit and enjoy all of the wildlife. Front porch overlooking one of the two swimming pools on site and it has been recently remodeled. BBQ areas located throughout the property. Beautiful sand beach to enjoy all of what Lake LBJ has to offer. Multiple fire pits on site to enjoy a warm fire with the family while roasting marshmallows. Playground, dog park, sand volleyball area, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and more. Our unit is the perfect fit for a total of 8 adults. Sleeps 2 in the master bedroom and 6 in the second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bunk bed. Full size blowup mattress in closet to be used in living room as well. Bathrooms are both stocked with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. Beach towels and sand toys included as well. Kitchen is stocked with needed items to cook meals including spices. Coffee pot and coffee will be in cabinet, but bring your favorite flavors if desired. Iron and ironing board included.We offer free early check in and late check out if available. There is a boat and trailer storage area to store boat during your stay.
