Hotel a Distretto di Mae Rim con piscina

Stavamo aspettando di rimanere qui così tanto, era il luogo più costoso che abbiamo soggiornato a £149 per la notte, purtroppo era estremamente deludente prima di essere stati tenuti ad aspettare 40 minuti nel caldo che sbaglio per un conducente, Abbiamo dovuto telefonare due volte per chiedere quanto tempo avremmo dovuto aspettare, e poi ci siamo mantenuti aspettando altri 40 minuti per controllare, nonostante chiese di un controllo precoce. Alla fine siamo arrivati alla stanza che era molto polvere sia sulle tavole da letto che intorno ai tavoli, il fattore decisivo per noi di prenotare qui era il bagno all'aperto, purtroppo dovevamo pulirlo prima di usarlo, poi l'acqua era solo coperta, quindi non era buono. Se si prestasse attenzione alla pulizia e se il bagno avesse acqua calda sarebbe stato bello, non mi fermerò di nuovo qui nonostante il bellissimo staff e le splendide viste.

Although I mistakenly booked the stay for the same day while making the reservation in the evening — meaning the check-in time had already passed by about four hours and I am quite far away in PAI (leaving next day to Mae RIM). Since it was a non-refundable, no-show booking, I initially thought I had lost it. However, Paul, the reception manager, reached out by email to ask what time I would be arriving. I explained my mistake, letting him know I had meant to book for the following day. To my surprise and gratitude, they kindly adjusted my reservation at no extra charge. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with tranquil natural sounds. The cleanliness was outstanding. The huts are very nice. The toilet and shower were stylish, modern, and spotless. I had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was of excellent quality. (Attached are un-edited photos taken by mobile)

The hotel is beautiful, but it's built on a mountainside, so the buildings you need are spread out on a very steep road, so it's not easy to move around it. There are golf buggies that take you from place to place if you call them, but having to ask for a vehicle every time you want to go and eat or leave is quite annoying. The distances are walkable, but not if you have mobility issues. The pavements are also in far worse condition than the roads, so you end up walking on the roads and having to keep jumping out the way of the passing vehicles. Photos are attached of the view of the very steep road going up next to our balcony to show an example of the scale of the steepness. The location is remote. Apparently taxi apps like Grab and Bolt do not work here, although we did manage to quickly book a Bolt to take us here from Chiang Mai centre. A car and driver can be hired from the hotel for 2500 baht for 4 hours. I wouldn't recommend visiting if you don't have your own vehicle, as there is nothing nearby you can walk to. On check-in, the hotel said they offered room service, but there were no menus in the rooms. The room cleaning was slow if you are on a higher floor - on our 2 days, they didn't manage to visit all morning despite us leaving the ”please clean room” sign on the door. I found out later that you can ring reception to ask your room to be prioritised. The restaurant is expensive compared to central Chiang Mai, and they recommend that you reserve a table every night you want to eat there, but the food was good. Service was a bit chaotic. On the night we arrived, at 5:30 pm, reception told us they had reserved a table for us. But when we went to the restaurant, that did not seem to be the case, and we were taken to an unreserved table in a loud and echoey room. I then had to go up and ask to order as no-one came, and then the order was missing items when it did arrive. Randomly on the grounds near the lobby, there is a parrot in a tiny cage compared to its size with no entertainment, hardly any plants, and barely anywhere to perch. It's really sad to see.

Amazing property with top-notch hospitality service, staffs were very well trained. Room was super comfortable and nicely designed, especially bed sheet was very smooth. Breakfast had a great options and really good quality, had lunch and dinner as well, foods were very delicious. I really love hotel design and concept, definitely going back to this place!

Wonderful 🌈 We stayed here for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The property was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing, with very nice weather that made our stay even more enjoyable. All staff members were exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it very much. If given the opportunity, we would highly recommend this place to others and would be more than happy to return in the future.

Qui è molto caldo. Non ci sono molte camere, circa 4-5 camere. Oggi siamo venuti a soggiornare nella stanza Ban Ao. Ci è anche una piscina privata. Inoltre, se si vuole mangiare qualcosa, i sedili sono disponibili. Chi vuole un'atmosfera fredda? Prova il maiale Kra Talay, 500 per set, credo che valga la pena. Il cibo sembra buona qualità, più il proprietario è anche molto carino e amichevole. Aiutaci a portare anche il bagaglio. E'come essere in uno stile familiare molto caldo. Ci sono un servizio molto completo, tè, caffè, caffè tostato, attrezzature complete, pronto a sentire l'atmosfera, seduto e tè sip, molto fresco. Andiamo, ci sono anche colazione qui.

E'molto tranquillo, circondato da foreste, puoi rilassarti. In termini di attrezzature, non è un apparecchio generalmente considerato, quindi non è adatto per la ricerca di persone normali.

La struttura è molto tranquilla, lontana dal rumore e dal buzz. Le camere sono grandi e si può raffreddare l'hotel tutto il giorno. L'unico svantaggio è che è tutto il modo di salire sulle montagne, senza vicinanze di visibilità o cascata d'acqua. Non provare nemmeno a prendere un taxi, nemmeno prendere non verrà. Quindi se vuoi rimanere qui, assicurati di avere una macchina.

Room and service were smooth and helpful, however, their breakfast was terrible, serve with expired bread, although they give one breakfast for free since only one person notice of the bed bread, others have eaten, and later suffer diarrhea, highly suspicious of the breakfast.
