Beautiful view of the gulf / harbor.On the 1st floor we find the 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other with 2 single beds (it can eventually become a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. There is also a sink with a washing machine. The house is air conditioned in all rooms. Near the pool there is an outdoor shower with hot water. The Villa is available exclusively for non-smokers inside the house; it is possible to smoke outside.
