Hotel a Pune con piscina

Il personale è amichevole e l'hotel è buono. Ci sono alcuni eccessi ^^ Giusto, non conosco il cibo. La prossima volta che vado in India, rimango. Ho bisogno di un'altra idea.ㅡ.

The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

Il servizio era assolutamente in posizione, dal momento in cui mi sono messo nel lobby fino al momento in cui ho controllato, le cure che ho ricevuto dal personale di servizio non erano paragonabili. La stanza era anche grande e bella, l'unico lato inferiore sono le finestre ricche, probabilmente il tempo per una pulizia delle finestre. La posizione era buona, a parte un piccolo ma in alto piano accanto all'hotel non c'era molto, ma da quando ero lì per affari era buona.

Avevo un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole, l'atmosfera era invitante e le camere erano confortevoli, anche se ci sono sicuramente spazio per il miglioramento sia nelle camere che nelle esperienze di cena. Il miglioramento della decorazione e delle strutture nelle camere, **** con la diversificazione delle opzioni di menu nei ristoranti, potrebbe aumentare significativamente l'esperienza complessiva.

Sono rimasto solo per una notte mentre passavo per Pune per l'affare, quindi non potevo sperimentare colazione e strutture (nessun tempo). In generale, penso che l'hotel sia convenientemente situato nel centro della città, la dimensione delle camere è media e il bagno ha tutte le attrezzature che potresti avere bisogno per il vostro soggiorno. Un buon valore per l'opzione di denaro! L'unica cosa che mi ha colpito è che il telaio è stato trovato in camera un po' sporco con alcuni cibi disgustosi da (supposizione) ospiti precedenti, per il resto il bagno e il resto della camera sembravano essere decentemente puliti. Gli altri colleghi non hanno avuto la stessa esperienza, quindi deve essere stato un piccolo incidente e non la loro norma.

Ho chiesto il pick-up dell'aeroporto, ma arrivare all'hotel per confermare questo era estremamente difficile – scarsa comunicazione e nessuno sembrava reagire. Quando finalmente sono arrivato, il personale si è incontrato in modo freddo e sconveniente, che ha dato un tono negativo per tutta la permanenza. Per peggiorare le cose, l'hotel applica rigorosamente una politica ”non cibo esterno”, che si è sentito inutilmente restrittiva e scomoda, soprattutto quando si desidera una flessibilità di base come ospite. In generale, il servizio non era caldo, la comunicazione era frustrante e le politiche hanno reso il soggiorno incomodo, e non rimarrei qui e non posso raccomandarlo a chiunque cercasse una esperienza senza problemi e amichevole.

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.

La camera era spaziosa e silenziosa. La struttura non sembra ben mantenuta anche nelle parti comuni, la moquette sporca, una lampada in camera non si spegneva. La cucina a vista del ristorante è disordinata e poco igienica, si vedono i muri sporchi e scrostati. La colazione è varia e buona.
