Hotel a Bogor con piscina

The last time we were at R Rancamaya was many years ago before covid. And after years, it is still quite good and bringing back many memories. The room is definitely needs upgrading or renovating to newer and more clean look. The buffet restaurant is great. And the animal park is definitely a must go to in the morning, after breakfast.

Ci piace molto stare qui. Ci sono montagne, fiumi, e suona la natura intorno a esso. I nostri bambini sono anche felici, ci sono festa di piscina nella mattina di domenica e in campo da gioco all'aperto. Totalmente raccomandato e ritornerà di nuovo ! Non c'è bisogno di andare da qualche parte. È stato completato in Aston Bogor

La prima stanza era nella Camera Executive, ma come questa volta era solo un paio d'ore, abbiamo prenotato per il Deluxe con Balconi. La stanza era pulita come previsto e vale la pena. Il colazione è grande come al solito con la diffusione. Come ci è stato detto che la stanza era nuova e dobbiamo usare WhatsApp per la comunicazione, penso sarebbe meglio se i telefoni siano installati presto. Altrimenti, l'acqua calda per la doccia è anche buona.

Per la seconda volta, sono ancora molto felice di stare in questo hotel. È ancora uno dei miei luoghi preferiti in città di Bogor. Mi sono accostato molto tardi e mi è stato dato una stanza al retro dell'hotel, lontano dall'ascensore, e non era molto confortevole. Ho chiamato il ricevitore e ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare in una stanza più vicina all'ascensore, e grazie a loro mi hanno aiutato immediatamente. Grazie per il grande servizio. Questo hotel è anche molto vicino al centro commerciale Botani, a soli 1-minute passeggiata, che lo rende molto conveniente. La piscina è sorprendente, ma bella vista anche si può vedere le montagne di Salak. Il colazione era come sempre, anche se purtroppo mi mancava la bevanda tradizionale, Jamu. In generale, torneremo certamente di nuovo e speriamo di goderci anche il Jamu la prossima volta.

I'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

Oltre alle mie aspettative.In generale molto buono.Personale amichevole, attività per bambini, camera pulita.. come un vero 4* hotel.

Their buffet is only for 3 stars hotel..not much selection..average in food quality... I complained about the entrance and coffee table lights that cant be switch off ...They came to loosened the bulb and said that was normal for the room to switch off by loosening the bulb... For the taxi came in to pick you up . .hotel charged 3000rp..just to drive through the hotel

My stay at Hotel Amarossa was perfect for a business trip. The rooms are spacious like serviced apartments, complete with a work desk, living area, and kitchenette, making it comfortable for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was reliable for online meetings, the atmosphere was quiet for productivity, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Although the interior feels slightly classic, the peaceful environment and great facilities make it a solid choice for business

Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity. Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor. Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
