Hotel a Nadi con piscina

Adoro il lussuoso lobby e la nostra camera con una bella vista sulla piscina. La spiaggia di notte è stupenda, soprattutto con le decorazioni del fuoco. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino all'aeroporto, e la cena è anche buona. C’erano tuttavia alcuni problemi: abbiamo chiesto due volte di usare i tovaglioli e di sostituire un kit di vanità sporca nella nostra stanza, ma nessuno è venuto; e alcuni di loro sembravano anche trarre vantaggio dai viaggiatori. Per esempio, abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo per ottenere un rimborso per una bevanda che abbiamo comprato al bar della piscina e non poteva riceverla finché non ne avevano più riprese. Inoltre, abbiamo cercato di prenotare un taxi al mattino all'aeroporto, ma il personale ha sostenuto che non era possibile perché non erano disponibili i taxi all'epoca. Il personale uscì rapidamente per dire che poteva prenotare una ora. In generale, mentre le proprietà e le strutture sono bellissime, le questioni di servizio hanno influenzato la nostra esperienza.

Remote location but with its advantage of having a good scene. Service varies by persons. Having to wait for 5 hours for check in due to early flight. No complaint, it’s too early, but could have been provided a room for temporary settle down.

L'hotel è un hotel molto bello e offre un ambiente molto piacevole. Un riferimento speciale al personale, che sono sempre presenti, sorridenti e veramente disposti ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento, il loro servizio è certamente un punto forte di questo hotel. C’era un problema importante per la prenotazione della stanza: avevo prenotato una stanza con vista sugli oceani, e le foto lo mostravano chiaramente. Quando arrivai, mi fu assegnato una stanza molto indietro, senza vista sugli oceani. Dopo aver parlato con la ricezione, mi è stato detto che le foto erano inesatti e che il problema veniva da Trip. Indipendentemente dal fatto che sia questa la responsabilità della piattaforma o dell'hotel, questa situazione non è semplicemente professionale e crea inutili disappunti. Per coloro che cercano una bella vista degli oceani, questo non è il posto giusto, perché l'acqua stessa non è particolarmente attraente, perché sembra verde e non molto chiara. L'accesso all'hotel è piuttosto unico, perché è necessario prendere una piccola barca (circa un minuto) per attraversare da un lato all'altro, che può essere una bella esperienza ma non può essere adatto a tutti. Infine, se la vostra stanza è lontana dalla zona di accoglienza, si dovrà contare su un'auto da golf per raggiungere la proprietà. In sintesi, l'hotel ha un grande potenziale grazie alla sua struttura e al suo eccellente personale, ma alcuni aspetti, in particolare la precisione della prenotazione e la logistica, potrebbero essere notevolmente migliorati.

Ostello molto buono con accesso alla spiaggia, organizzano eventi interessanti ogni giorno e il personale è davvero cordiale!

Nice hotel for a short stay, perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport. The room is decent with mini fridge, hot showers, bath amenities. The room has AC and extra blanket. Wifi is working OK. You still need to double check if the hotel have received your payment to avoid double charging.

Ho prenotato l’appartamento familiare poche settimane fa per partecipare alla festa di impegno di mio nipote 5 minuti di distanza al caffè Bates. Inizialmente amavo il setup, lo spazio e la prima impressione fino all’ora della notte quando siamo tornati dalla festa a dormire. La camera che mia madre stava dormendo aveva un bug di letto sul duvet e poi ci siamo riusciti a vedere le tinture di sangue sul letto sopra. Io e la mamma siamo allergici ai bug a letto e soprattutto a me. Pertanto, non potevo rischiare di dormire sul letto. Ho dovuto trasferirmi nell'altra stanza con un'altra famiglia. Cercavo di raggiungere la camera per qualche altro letto, ma non potevo a quel tempo della notte. Quando ho controllato, ho sollevato la mia preoccupazione e la signora del checkout mi ha detto che avevano fumigato la settimana scorsa. Questo è oltre al punto, non dovremmo pagare per essere morsi da bug di letto.

We stayed at Club Fiji for our entire 5-day visit, and after exploring the area during our stay, we believe it was the best choice in Nadi. Why did we love it? The location is fantastic — right on the beach (we stayed in a beachfront bure), close to the airport but without any airplane noise. There’s a convenient free shuttle to many activities like the Vau Contemporary Dance performance or a Denarau snorkel cruise, and a taxi to Nadi town costs about 10 FJD. Our beachfront bure was newly renovated, clean, and had everything we needed — not fancy but comfortable. The beds were made regularly if we weren’t in the room when housekeeping came by. The grounds are stunning, with beautifully kept gardens and loads of chill-out spots — beach beds under umbrellas, hammocks on palm trees, two pools, and lovely spaces to eat or have a drink. The service was very personal, with staff always checking if we needed anything. They even have a travel expert on-site to help plan your activities and bookings. Entertainment happens most nights, ranging from the unique way dinners are served (like Korean grills or beach BBQs) to concerts and local celebrations. Food-wise, the buffet breakfast is simple but adequate since there are few other options nearby; the à la carte dinner menu is decent, but the special grills are outstanding. We really loved the authentic Fijian atmosphere here, which felt very different from the typical all-inclusive resorts—it had a feeling you couldn’t find just anywhere in the world.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a great location—right by the beach, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. There's also a convenient store nearby with a restaurant upstairs that serves delicious food. Our deluxe room was clean but near the main entrance so a bit noisy at times. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower took a long time to produce hot water, resulting in wasted water and often uncomfortably cold showers. The water pressure was also quite low. Additionally, there was no shelf near the sink to place toiletries like toothpaste, which made things a bit inconvenient.

We flew into Nadi on a late flight and wanted an affordable option for one night. Mercure Nadi is an older hotel, conveniently situated close to the airport. The rooms are a bit dated and shows their age, but for the price it's still decent value for money, especially as our breakfast (decent buffet) was included. The staff were friendly and attentive and made our stay extremely pleasant.
