在亞朵和這酒店之間選了這間酒店 挺嚮往法式的裝修風格 到達之後因為停車場桿有問題 等了一會 當時指揮的前台小哥哥挺熱情 想着就等會吧 也不是那麼著急 就先進去辦理入住 進入酒店大堂確實很漂亮 很精緻 但是前台一般搬 當時就想着如果因為停車的問題進不來 就不住了 出去看了停車場桿已經抬起來了 車被工作人員停在了馬路邊 説是車太大 晚點停 想着不辦理入住自己也麻煩 就辦理了入住 前台送了三張下午茶券 我説不要 可不可以換早餐 當時前台的口吻 就是直接説 “不可以” 生硬的我都覺得自己嘴碎問這無理要求一樣 我又問了 房間有浴缸嗎 也是直接説 “沒有 ”不會再多説其他話 最後從馬路邊工作人員帶了行李架兩個小哥哥挺熱情 幫箱子推回酒店大堂 同行的人都大包小包 以為是送上樓幫忙一下 也沒有 也沒人幫着按個電梯 ……好在進入房間挺滿意 確實裝修挺法式的！ 需要拿多一套牙具拖鞋 撥打前台電話 電話壞的 ……衹能通過攜程的虛擬電話打 那個溝通的前台小姐姐語言一言難盡 生硬……直接説找工程部過來看電話 這電話不是應該在客人入住前就應該是修理好的嗎？話語就算了等了20分 還是沒送到 又催促了一次 總算送上來了 …… 後面又通過攜程的虛擬號好不容易打通了前台的電話 問洗衣房的事情 態度還是一般…… 凌晨一點拿衣服下去洗 就再靠近住房的兩個電梯其中兩個電梯都可以顯示下去三樓但是需要刷房卡 還挺安全的確實 很順利 兩點左右下去取衣服 還是坐同樣的電梯 進入以後怎麼都刷不到三樓 在電梯裏坐到了二樓 又坐到了大堂 黑漆麻烏的大堂 一個人挺害怕的 好在出了電梯走兩步就到了大堂 問前台服務人員“電梯怎麼刷不到三樓” 眼都不帶抬的 直接説 壞了 ……我➕ 壞了 不是應該是有提示的嗎？這個時候不知道從哪裡出來一個大叔 也是酒店的工作人員吧 出來就往電梯廳走 給我刷了卡 説坐另外一個電梯 好， 確實 好的電梯 直接上到了三樓 我因為這個電梯的事情 凌晨至少六分鐘在坐電梯上面花費 陰冷可怕 後面又下去了 知道哪個是壞的電梯 先刷了卡 讓那個壞的電梯 下大堂 然後自己在按另外一個所謂好的電梯下三樓……衣服沒洗好 烘乾還要兩個小時 衹能先上去了房間 ，這個時候 我又迫不得已的拿起手機撥打了攜程的電話找到了前台 冰冷的語氣讓我覺得我真的該死不應該打電話到前台 也不應該對前台有所疑問 “你好 請問這邊衣服洗好 自己寫上標簽有阿姨送到房間嗎？因為我的衣服沒有洗好 還有一些時間 可不可以寫上標簽送到我門口來 我覺得説的已經很明白了 前台來了一句“你這邊有什麼訴求”” “我我啞口無言 我呆住了 我反問了一句 我有什麼訴求 我的訴求就是我衣服現在沒有洗好 在第二個洗衣機裏面 如果你們這邊有這個幫客人取衣服 那就我自己寫好標簽房間的 因為太晚了 我等不到一個多小時後要去取衣服 但是你們沒有這服務 我就算了 自己等”…。……説的挺明白的 前台這時候語氣平平説 那好吧 你什麼房間 …… 今天打了五個電話 還是不知道我哪個房間……我告訴我哪個房間 確定可以幫我收衣服 並放在房間的門口 好啊 謝謝 畢竟是幫我把衣服送回來了 這個事情 有解決但是很曲折 很不舒服 很奇怪的感覺 前台根本不會説話 不會溝通 不會處理 今天走的時候 我就想着 大堂空無一人 也有服務人員吧 我推着行李箱笨重的行李箱 前台也是靜悄悄 最起碼 跟客人打個招呼 送殼 也正常吧 好失落 好差勁 失落是因為 自己走了整個青甘大環線 遇到的每個人 每個酒店 人都是很真誠 很舒適 唯一這個酒店讓自己很後悔選擇 在路邊等車的時候發現房卡在口袋 還是選擇回去交給前台 遇到了應該是保安帥哥吧 人挺好的 因為前台服務態度太差了 所以我就給保安了 再見！ 如果是旅遊的話 我覺得還是住較連鎖的 亞朵 全季 最起碼有一個服務標準 流程 會讓自己在酒店有點小問題的時候能夠快速幫到你並解決 為自己完美的行程增添一些快樂的色彩！ 酒店要做光線靚麗的外表 服務也不能拉下
