UUtente ospite這次帶着媽媽和小狗一起入住的大樂之野·勿舍，民宿在村子裏，開了一小段盤山公路就到了，環境非常好，民宿很有設計感，很漂亮，小狗非常滿意。周邊還有徒步路線，沿着毛利水庫走一走，吹吹風。在民宿預訂了晚飯，每道菜都很好吃，白鯧魚非常新鮮，筒骨湯也很棒，份量很大，用料很足。表揚我們的管家小琳，是個非常可愛的小姐姐，認真負責，從到民宿的接待，到晚餐的安排，還給我們送了晚安甜湯，到最後退房，一整個就是一個大優秀

UUtente ospiteI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

Ddwx888園子很大有電瓶車短駁電話打完車馬上就到，早餐是中式的，品種不是很多但是比較精細味道都不錯，小餛飩和麪條我覺得是最好吃的，調料自選區裏面的肉沫是最經典的。酒店泳池在換水前台很好讓我們去附近車程20分鐘的九龍湖開元室內泳池，讓我解鎖了新地圖。喜歡古建築園林的可以來體驗一下很不錯晚上很安靜睡得很香，就是需要做好防蚊措施。

A free room upgrade! Because I booked through @trip.com. Benefits of being a member 😃😀Our stay was nothing short of an amaaaazing time. The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

UUtente ospiteIl hotel è stato aggiornato in una suite gratuita all'arrivo, la stanza è stata spaziosa con un bagno che vi permette di rilassarsi e godere della vista sul lago. Il personale offre un servizio clienti eccellente, con un supporto orologico disponibile con un semplice messaggio su WeChat. I miei figli amavano il gioco soft all'interno e nutrivano i pecocchi, i conigli e le gemme. La piscina all'aperto con gli slidi sembra che sarebbe fantastico per i bambini nei mesi estivi. L'isola di Zhoushan con spiagge incredibili è 1h 30min di distanza, favoloso giorno fuori se siete rimasti per qualche giorno. Sarei felice di rimanere di nuovo!

Ambiente: aprire la finestra è il lago Dong-Chan. Il parco è molto bello. Ci sono alberi di melanzane, molti uccelli di pecora e piccoli uccelli. I bambini adulti amano molto.
Servizio: la reception e il responsabile Kitty sono tutti molto buoni. I bambini hanno appena superato 120 anni. Aiuto per evitare le spese per la colazione, grazie mille!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ha un alto standard. E 'pulito, tranquillo e ha una vista del fiume molto buona. Il personale è molto amichevole. Soprattutto, il signor John Guo è stato molto utile con i miei bagagli e la mia parcella e tutto. Il colazione ha molte varietà. In particolare, forniscono succo fresco di melone (succhi di melone acquatico, succhi di arancione) e succo di cucchiaio. L'hotel ha anche una grande piscina con 1.2 e 1.5 metri di 2 profondità.

Il cibo era spettacolare - ricordatevi di avere bisogno di pianificare il tempo e il cibo che mangiate in anticipo per ogni giorno. Abbiamo anche andato alla vicina città di Xikou, che è 30 minuti di auto se volete esplorare i templi e i caffè. Il personale può aiutare a prenotare auto per qualsiasi viaggi vicini. 100% resterà qui di nuovo!

UUtente ospiteIl soggiorno è stato molto buono. In generale, tutto è stato fatto bene.
La posizione è molto buona. Vado al centro congressi per visitare una mostra. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. I trasporti sono comodi e i servizi circostanti sono completi. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Anche Hankyu merita una visita. Molte cose non sono disponibili in altri centri commerciali.
Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta. Ci sono ospiti che vanno e vengono e il personale sembra molto impegnato. Sono molto efficienti al momento del check-in e il loro atteggiamento è cordiale e amichevole. La signorina Yuanyuan alla reception non si è limitata a presentarmi dettagliatamente le strutture e i servizi dell'hotel, ma mi ha anche accompagnato all'ingresso e mi ha indicato il centro congressi ed esposizioni.
Il cibo da asporto ordinato la sera può essere consegnato in camera dal concierge tramite un robot, una soluzione molto comoda e vantaggiosa per gli ospiti.
Al 18° piano si trovano anche una palestra e una piscina. L'acqua della piscina è molto calda e la sua qualità è pulita e limpida.
Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia delle dotazioni hardware che della qualità del servizio. La prossima volta che verrò lo sceglierò.

As our car wound along the lakeside road, the understated grey-tiled roofs and white walls of the Park Hyatt Ningbo came into view. This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations.
The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance.
May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell.
Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. As Dongqian Lake’s waves continue to ripple, the memories woven by this retreat linger, promising our return to this lakeside haven.
