Hotel a Vancouver con piscina

We are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

L'hotel è situato in una posizione privilegiata, con stazioni ferroviarie vicine direttamente collegate all'aeroporto. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti lungo la strada e camminabili per tutti i luoghi turistici. Molto sicuro quartiere con edifici di ufficio circostanti. Può essere un po' alto a notte a causa delle ambulanze, ma è qualcosa che non può essere evitato da nessuna parte della città.  La possibilità di colazione è deludente, soprattutto per la mancanza di opzioni vegani. Ciò significa che la colazione media è di circa $15-20 per colazione che sono disponibili migliori opzioni intorno alla zona con grande varietà.  Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e gentile.

Love this hotel. The service is top notch. The hotel is modern and high tech. Special call out to Andrew, the concierge, for his excellent recommendations and hospitality. Pro tip - speak to Andrew in the morning and let him provide you with where to go and what to eat. Your day will definitely be filled with activities and great vibes!

Era così eccitata di portare mia madre in questo hotel per il suo compleanno. Era deluso di essere ignorato tutte le mie richieste. Ho chiesto di non avere alcol nella stanza e finalmente mi hanno aiutato, ma era molto confuso e non valeva la pena di stress. Attenzione, le camere sono molto piccole, a causa della storia della progettazione dell'hotel originale. La gente del front desk è grande e amichevole, solo vorrei avre potuto ascoltare le mie richieste.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The mattress was so comfortable that we even wanted to ask where it could be purchased. What impressed us most was the outstanding customer service. When we asked a gentleman at reception where we could buy some bottled water, he immediately offered us two bottles of water instead. A kettle was also delivered to our room very quickly after we requested one. As we were leaving, we wanted to take a photo at the entrance. A lady from the hotel noticed us straight away and kindly offered to take the photo for us without being asked. These thoughtful, proactive gestures made us feel genuinely welcome and left a lasting impression. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Hotel di recensione Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'Hotel Century Plaza a Vancouver e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, situato nel centro di Vancouver. Ha reso molto facile l'esplorazione della città e l'accesso ai trasporti pubblici. La nostra camera era spaziosa, grande, pulita e ben attrezzata con una cucina. Il letto era estremamente confortevole, assicurando un buon sonno notturno. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i pensieri come il caffè e il tè. Il personale di Century Plaza era sempre amichevole, utile e pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta, che ha migliorato ulteriormente il nostro soggiorno. Uno dei punti di forza è stato il ristorante C|Prime, che ha servito deliziosi pasti italiani con una vasta gamma di opzioni. In generale, il nostro soggiorno al Century Plaza Hotel è stato fantastico. È sicuro che torneremo al nostro prossimo viaggio in città!

Il servizio era buono, la stanza era pulita e ben attrezzata, anche se breve sui pannelli di caffè. La decorazione era data come tutti gli apparecchi e i dispositivi. La migliore caratteristica era la vicinanza al Teatro della Regina Elizabeth. La peggiore ”caratteristiche” era stata detto alla stanza che aveva un letto re, ma no, solo una regina. Non è l'unico hotel che malrappresenta i loro letti, che tendenza annoiante. Il pub del ristorante sul sito è molto medio. Le fritte erano grasse, ma il mio Buffalo Chicken Wrap e la zuppa di Bacon & Tomato di mia moglie erano buoni. Il servizio nel ristorante era eccellente, molto utile.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Broadway. On arrival at the hotel we found the staff at check-in so welcoming - thank you to Venezia and Myra. And further more each staff member we came in contact with was delightful from the housekeeping staff to the porters. We highly recommend a room on a high floor with balcony to take in the view. The hotel is a short stroll to the waterfront to catch a ferry to Granville Island. Congratulations to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable!

The hotel appears to be short handed on housekeepers as our room was not refreshed despite us hanging a sign to refresh when we left the room in the morning. Also, one other couple who was traveling with us was only able to check into their room in the evening as it took the hotel longer than expected to clean up the room after the previous guests checked out. At times, request for amenities were not answered and we had to make a repeated call to the front desk. Front desk staff took a long time to answer calls as well. It appears they are also short handed in that department.
