UUtente ospiteMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

UUtente anonimoSiamo stati in una splendida suite al piano superiore, attraverso un sacco di viaggio. La stanza era una grande dimensione - non massiccia, ma facile per 3 persone (pari + bambino) per vivere confortevolmente. La posizione è grande se si cerca qualcosa vicino al fianco. Il centro fitness (compreso il pool a pieno compimento) è enorme, e credo che la gente paghi un bel po' per usarlo come palestra privata (che si ottiene gratuitamente).

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.
The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.
Hotel staff are polite and kind.

UUtente ospiteService was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

CCOJVÈ stata la nostra prima volta che ci siamo fermati in questo hotel! Il personale è così amichevole e bello! La stanza era pulita, e la cucina nella stanza era buona! E 'stato un po' deluso che dovevamo pagare per il check out tardivo $25/hour, e non scambiano le foglie di letto se rimani lì per 3 giorni.

MMiss PerreaultWas so excited to take my mom to this Hotel for her Birthday. Was disappointed with all my requests being ignored. I asked for no Alcohol in the room and they did finally help me but it was very confusing and not worth the stress. Be aware the bathrooms are EXTREMELY small, due to the history of the design of the original hotel. Front desk people are great and friendly, just wish I could have had my requests listened to.

UUtente ospiteSapevamo che questo era un hotel più vecchio, ma abbiamo prenotato qui per la sua posizione all'ospedale. Anche con la limitata mobilità del mio marito, è stato in grado di camminare all'ospedale e poi tornare all'hotel per un po' perfetto per noi. La stanza soddisfava tutte le nostre esigenze, tranne la TV, non era ”smart”, quindi non potevamo guardare Netflix.

UUtente ospiteWe enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was great for our family having two restaurants in the building. It was clear that the hotel had recent upgrades which were nice. Our room was clean. The rest of the hotel seemed a little beat up and in need of some maintenance. That did not wreck the stay for us though. Would certainly stay again given convenience and price.
