Hotel con colazione a Vancouver

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Era così eccitata di portare mia madre in questo hotel per il suo compleanno. Era deluso di essere ignorato tutte le mie richieste. Ho chiesto di non avere alcol nella stanza e finalmente mi hanno aiutato, ma era molto confuso e non valeva la pena di stress. Attenzione, le camere sono molto piccole, a causa della storia della progettazione dell'hotel originale. La gente del front desk è grande e amichevole, solo vorrei avre potuto ascoltare le mie richieste.

Reception, very friendly  The bellboy very helpful  The shower water pressure not strong enough The location is fantastic. Many convenient shop and best restaurant is just walking distance,  Breakfast is normal don’t expect much. I’ll will definitely stay again if I come to Vancouver again 

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The mattress was so comfortable that we even wanted to ask where it could be purchased. What impressed us most was the outstanding customer service. When we asked a gentleman at reception where we could buy some bottled water, he immediately offered us two bottles of water instead. A kettle was also delivered to our room very quickly after we requested one. As we were leaving, we wanted to take a photo at the entrance. A lady from the hotel noticed us straight away and kindly offered to take the photo for us without being asked. These thoughtful, proactive gestures made us feel genuinely welcome and left a lasting impression. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Hotel di recensione Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'Hotel Century Plaza a Vancouver e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, situato nel centro di Vancouver. Ha reso molto facile l'esplorazione della città e l'accesso ai trasporti pubblici. La nostra camera era spaziosa, grande, pulita e ben attrezzata con una cucina. Il letto era estremamente confortevole, assicurando un buon sonno notturno. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i pensieri come il caffè e il tè. Il personale di Century Plaza era sempre amichevole, utile e pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta, che ha migliorato ulteriormente il nostro soggiorno. Uno dei punti di forza è stato il ristorante C|Prime, che ha servito deliziosi pasti italiani con una vasta gamma di opzioni. In generale, il nostro soggiorno al Century Plaza Hotel è stato fantastico. È sicuro che torneremo al nostro prossimo viaggio in città!

La posizione è a pochi passi dal centro di Vancouver, ma è vicino al costco, vicino al centro di Roger, e a 10 minuti da Cinatown. amate che la stanza viene con il caffè malvagio, invece dei soliti k-pod che è così un toccamento sorprendente. Il servizio è fantastico, e la stanza è pulita e spaziosa per i 4 di noi.Tuttavia, la zona ristorante-saggio è un po' stanca.

Hotel a bit outdated, soundproofing not very good. But apart from that, everything went well, location is in a safe and convenient place for public transpo. Cozy room. Only wish 2 things were available: slippers (bec the floor becomes very cold) and drinking water.

La camera sembrava essere stata ristrutturata di recente, quindi era pulita con un letto comodo con asciugamani bianchi. Al momento del check-in, la reception ha dichiarato che non avevamo la colazione inclusa e che era richiesto un deposito di $ 100, ma lo avrei ricevuto indietro entro 2-3 giorni sul mio c. carta. Ho già pagato in anticipo online per la camera che costava $ 386 tasse incluse. Successivamente ho controllato il mio voucher e diceva che avevamo fatto colazione per 2, quindi l'ho portato alla reception e ci hanno dato 2 buoni per la colazione. Il costo della colazione è pari a 15 USD a persona meno il 20% come ospite dell'hotel. La colazione non comprende le bevande, solo acqua. C'erano bacon, uova strapazzate, tortini, pane tostato e frittelle di patate. Sono andato alla reception dell'hotel e ho preso caffè e tè dal distributore automatico della reception. Al momento del check-out, l'addetto alla reception ha detto che un deposito di $ 200 sarebbe stato rimborsato in 2-3 settimane! Ho chiesto perché finché posso ottenere i miei soldi per un reso in negozio in un giorno!?! Non aveva una risposta chiara. Ad ogni modo, immagino che dovrò aspettare e assicurarmi che continui. Non sono sicuro del motivo per cui è stato addebitato un deposito così grande e perché ci sarebbero volute settimane per il rimborso... qualcosa di sospetto da questa parte, ma siamo stati lì e non possiamo cambiarlo. Tuttavia, dubito di utilizzare nuovamente Choice Hotels - Quality Inn & Suites poiché sembrava incoerente che il personale sapesse perché addebitano un importo elevato e l'orario di restituzione. Avevo anche prenotato un Choice Hotel per il nostro ritorno a casa e avevo inserito la data errata di un giorno. Non lo avrebbero modificato e lo avrebbero solo cancellato e mi avrebbero comunque addebitato! Quindi la loro fatturazione è dubbia per me e quello era il mio rapporto con 2 delle loro unità Choice Hotel

Upside: very convenient. Straight metro line from airport. 5 minute walk to Canada place for all travel shuttles. Close to big central mall downtown. sDownside: Breakfast only bread and cereal, so don’t expect too much. No bathroom amenities or slippers. l

Facilities was good but not really because the amenities are not complete they dont have slippers, toiletries need to be requested at the front desk and get by your own. Bottled water also you need to request. To the coffee lovers they have many choices you can get it to their lobby. Inside the room has a coffee also and tea. Front desk was so helpful especially to Ms. ALOKA who such a good service and willingly helped me. To get my ride from the hotel to the BC ferry. Thank you so much her service is beyond expectations.
