Forse perché siamo andati fuori stagione, il prezzo era ragionevole e la struttura era pulita! La colazione era cara, quindi non l'ho richiesta. Anche la posizione era ottima, vicino all'oceano, a un supermercato e alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Come ci si aspetta dall'Australia, la camera era spaziosa, il che è stato positivo.

The hotel was under massive renovation. Couldn't get a good Waterview room due to that. The front desk staffs are very accommodative and helpful trying to offer other rooms and options. The swimming pool is the best and we really enjoyed it especially in the hot climates.The location is at the Esplanade,directly sea facing with a nice view and big park . Highly recommend!

Stayed for 8 nights in an Executive Apartment. Luckily got a room on the 14th floor so great. The facilities were superb. Having a restaurant and bar on site was very good . The choice of food was good and the staff were very attentive. The pool was awesome. Did not use the gym but looked very well equipped. Easy access to downtown but we took an uber to the waterfront.

Utente ospiteThe hotel is located walking distance to City Center and smith street mall. Even waterfront restaurants and bars are just 15 mins. walk apart. The taxi transfer airport to hotel takes less than 20 minutes.
Friendly reception staff arranged a change of our desired bed configuration upon notice. Rooms are basic but spacious.
Nice restaurant on premises available for lunch, dinner and its where you got the complementary breakfast.
Will stay here again definitely, when in town next time.

우선, 리뉴얼을 해서 그런지 굉장히 깨끗했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 다윈의 지역적 특성상 첫 날 방에서 벌레를 보게되었는데 오피스에 말했더니 추가로 청소도해주고 벌레스프레이도 방에 놓아주었습니다.
위치적으로는 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리에 mindil sunset 마켓도 있었고 cbd도 그리 멀지 않아 좋았습니다.
항공편때문에 레이트체크아웃을 문의했지만 1시간에 $30비용이 발생하는 부분에 대해 아쉬움이 있었지만 이외엔 대체적으로 만족스러운 방문이였습니다.

Rip RipMi aspettavo di più dato il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, apparentemente già considerato bassa stagione.
La piscina laguna è stata deludente e mi aspettavo standard più elevati, più personale e pulizia.
Il cibo del ristorante dell'hotel è costoso a meno che non sia ******** e apparentemente avrebbe avuto un grande sconto.
Il servizio in camera era buono e il rapporto qualità-prezzo era buono.
Mi aspettavo che piccoli comfort come l'acqua in bottiglia gratuita fossero più generosi dato il caldo. Apparentemente solo 2 bottiglie al check-in anche se siamo rimasti 2 notti.
Bagno e articoli da toeletta ragionevoli anche se la porta del bagno aveva un tamburo che rendeva scomodo aprirla perché si chiudeva automaticamente.

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
