UUtente anonimoIl 16 maggio 2026 siamo arrivati alle 2 del mattino, la stanza era molto spaziosa e ci siamo occupati molto bene. In particolare Sanjaya Karunathilake, il manager dell'hotel era assolutamente cooperativo e si è allontanato dal suo modo per aiutarci a stare a buon agio. Tutti gli altri membri del personale erano così utili e molto gentili. Vieni a stare in questa proprietà, la posizione di coz è la più importante per noi.

UUtente ospiteStayed for 8 nights in an Executive Apartment. Luckily got a room on the 14th floor so great. The facilities were superb. Having a restaurant and bar on site was very good . The choice of food was good and the staff were very attentive. The pool was awesome. Did not use the gym but looked very well equipped. Easy access to downtown but we took an uber to the waterfront.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato a piedi di distanza dal centro città e dal centro stradale di Smith. Anche i ristoranti e i bar di fronte all'acqua sono solo 15 minuti a piedi. camminare a distanza. L'aeroporto di trasferimento taxi all'hotel richiede meno di 20 minuti.
Il personale di accoglienza ha organizzato un cambiamento della nostra configurazione del letto desiderato, a prescindere dal fatto che le camere siano di base ma spaziose.
Un bel ristorante in locali disponibili per pranzo, cena e dove si dispone di colazione complementare.
Resterà qui, quando sara' in città la prossima volta.

CChoon\ FongGenerally, the hotel serve as a good location for day trips to out of Darwin. There are public parking lots outside the hotel which are free, as there are limited lots within the hotel's open air parking compound except the underground. There are limited amenities except a small pool. The room are very basic but the balcony added a good atmosphere for dining with a view.

UUtente ospitePerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

RRip RipWas expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season.
The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness.
Hotel restaurant food expensive unless ******** and apparently would have great discount.
Room service was good and value for money.
Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights .
Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

UUtente ospitePoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

UUtente ospiteThe rooms were not in the best of shape. The spa did not work, the air conditioner was not in good working order which is needed in Darwin due to the heat, but the general cleanliness was good. The place seemed it was going to be renovated one day, but not sure. One pool was green. The overall experience was ok, but if I had had to stay for more than a weekend it would have been better at another place. It did the job of providing a bed to sleep, but best to be away from the resort during the day, which we did.
