La mia famiglia è arrivata oggi all'hotel intorno al check-in per posta elettronica. Non c'era nessuna coda e siamo stati serviti subito. Il personale era amichevole e divertente a parlare con. Ci siamo recati in camera in tempo senza tutte le informazioni necessarie per il perfetto soggiorno. Il parcheggio è gratuito come la piscina. La piscina ha ore di adulti e bambini, quindi controlla prima del tempo, perche' se la gioventù è disponibile un orario libero adulto. La zona della piscina ha vapore e sauna insieme al ghiaccio, piscina e sedie da soggiorno riscaldati x2. Le camere erano molto pulite e tranquille. Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno e pianificato di visitare di nuovo.

L'hotel era in una posizione fantastica, pulita, moderna e il personale erano estremamente amichevole. Quel che tristemente lo ha lasciato scendere è stata la terribile materassi nella stanza. Era spicciolo, lucido, rumore e sembrava scendere. Era estremamente inconfortabile e io e il mio partner trovava molto difficile dormire. Svegliatevi con dolore e rigidità ogni mattina. Il colazione cucinata non era grande, anche se molte scelte sulla scelta continentale. Una vergogna per le cattive esperienze che abbiamo avuto, perché l'hotel era diversamente piacevole.

Buona posizione per il castello di Leeds. Il personale era cordiale ed efficiente. La colazione aveva molte opzioni. Purtroppo questo hotel è piuttosto datato, senza aria condizionata in camera che era calda e soffocante. Anche la scrivania in camera era troppo piccola per lavorare comodamente. Non grande valore considerando il prezzo.

This hotel is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. I'm a housekeeper and I've stayed in many places around the world. This hotel is very clean and the rooms and beds are extremely comfy. The staff here make the place. They are all friendly, chatty and helpful. They remember who you are and they feel like family. We stayed 2 nights for an army funeral at Canterbury cathedral and everything was fantastic. The breakfast was really good and hot. All the containers were refilled constantly. The coffee was delicious. We ate here on 1 evening and the food was exceptional. It was hot and of a reasonable price too. You have to pay £3 a day to park but we didn't find that expensive. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and if we are ever back in Canterbury I'd 100% come back.
