From enquiry to leaving, I cannot fault the accommodating nature of the staff. Extremely helpful and flexible in meeting customer needs. The room we stayed in was beautifully located, as is the establishment in general. The biggest and horrible surprise was that cockroaches were roaming freely. I could hardly sleep as they came up to the bed on 3 different occasions. That had me anxious all night as I had to allow my partner to sleep given that he had tight working shift so I couldn't keep lights on. We couldn't think to bath there. Fortunately, I only booked for one night. I was really disappointed because that was my birthday weekend and that experience kind of put a damper on the overall coastal stay.
