However, they only have heater in the room and it got very hot and we had to open the windows and the stuffiness was not alleviated. We had to ask hotel to Send up a standalone fan
Staff were very young and inexperienced. However, they were at least polite.

La camera era molto pulita e il letto era molto confortevole. Anche se è vicino alla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità, non è rumoroso e posso riposarmi bene la notte. È vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, quindi è comodo andare ovunque. La colazione è molto ricca, comprende cibo cinese e occidentale, e si possono mangiare anche specialità di Suzhou. Vengono fornite bevande e patatine gratuite e ci sono troppi camerieri molto gentili. Sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno.

Durante l'estate, la temperatura può spesso raggiungere l'incredibile cifra di 33°C durante il giorno e non sarebbe sorprendente se qualcuno sudasse mentre è fuori. In base alla mia esperienza, ci vuole circa un'ora di metropolitana per arrivare al centro di Suzhou, quindi perdi un po' di tempo andando avanti e indietro. Inoltre, aspettati almeno 10-15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere una stazione della metropolitana. La stanza è molto grande, pulita e ordinata, e l'ambiente è bellissimo, soprattutto l'acqua della doccia è ottima e l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Vale la pena ricordare che il bel ragazzo alla reception ha fornito un servizio eccellente ed è stato attento e premuroso. Mi ha anche dato dei buoni per la colazione e la frutta, e il tram può essere addebitato gratuitamente. Consigliato!

SSamson Fu HoOverall an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay at this tiny cosy hotel in Zhouzhuang, for our final leg of our 6 days Suzhou trip. We took a didi over to Zhouzhuang, which was faster and cheaper than I expected, just a little over half an hour.
The hotel staff called me the day before to arrange for pick-up near the watertown ticket office. Actually I can't speak Mandarin and their English wasn't too good but we ended up chatting on Wechat as Wechat has a built-in translate function in their chat.
So, 15 minutes before we arrive, we just had to let them know on Wechat. And the staff is already waiting for us, helped us with the luggage and guided us through the ticket buying process.
You do have to pay for the ¥100 RMB ticket to get into the watertown and the ticket is good for 3 days. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance.
I picked this hotel because it was right inside the watertown and it had the ancient Chinese interior, although all the amenities are modern, including a robust and high-tech Kohler smart toilets in each bathroom.
There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and the coffee shop owner is friendly and takes his coffee craft seriously. The hotel gives you 2 free drinks during your stay and the coffee menu is quite extensive. If the hotel rooms are not booked on that day, we are told the hotel opens their doors to coffee customers.
The hotel owner is actually younger than I expected so I am impressed she meticulously created this authentic experience and the attention to detail. She was friendly and helpful and was open to accommodating our needs.
We booked the entire 2nd floor, which was 3 bedrooms and we had 6 adults in our group. This tiny hotel only has 3 bedrooms so if you booked all 3 rooms, you pretty much get the entire hotel to yourselves which include the first floor which is spacious and comfy.
When I visit Zhouzhuang again, I am looking forward to stay here again. It's certainly not cheap, but you do get what you pay for - which is people passionate about hospitality (in a Chinese way) and also a hygiene and staying experience that is certainly up to international standards.

NNuonuo（minsuban）來了4次了，依舊很喜歡，萬豪旗下的蘇州科技城源宿酒店，細節很多，早餐最喜歡吃他們家的炒雞和麪包，在臘八節沒吃到的臘八粥，沒想到在酒店吃到了，酒店運營管理很在線，怪不得工作日生意那麼好，早餐廳人都坐滿了，我一個做旅遊的人也是超級愛的！！！我記得第一次去是12.13號，當時酒店好像剛剛開業還在調整一些細節，後來沒過幾天我就又和閨蜜去了，吃早餐的時候特別開心，好多種類，麪包是現烤的，巨好吃！！所有的品類都很新鮮。後來和男朋友來了一次，這邊充電也非常方便，再就是昨天又來了，發現她們家前台工作人員英文説的非常好，接待我的前台小姐姐也很優秀！！對她印象特別好，因為她我想註冊一個萬豪會員，她在流程上幫助我很多，特別意外的是還送了我歡迎水果。空調旁邊加了貼士，這樣開空調很簡單了第一次的時候我不知道咋開哈哈，就這個細節，能感受到經營者的用心。衞浴都是科勒的，毛巾乾淨也有淡淡香，床非常非常舒服！！！！被子軟軟的，在酒店拍了很多照片，非常喜歡來這裏每次休息都想來這裏放鬆。一進酒店就很香～～有香薰機。

Eerlyn hengHo prenotato un soggiorno settimanale di tre giorni e due notti, e ho avuto un'altra esperienza diversa sulla strada del viaggio..Un ambiente confortevole, una città antica che ha fatto il ritmo lento, mi ha lasciato vivere una notte di più.Il capo della bellezza mi ha anche dato gratuitamente un'altra stanza per vivere un alloggio di stato. Caffè gratis a mano ／ ／ Frutta ／ Prodotti alimentari lasciati mangiare. L'ingresso della zona sceneggiata non è lontano dal popolo. Il capo e il suo proprietario hanno incantato il nostro passeggero alla porta della zona sceneggiata. Molto consiglia questo popolo. In futuro avrò la possibilità.

BBaoxinainai一如既往的好，服務態度超級好，每個人臉上都有笑臉，大堂還有免費的咖啡，茶，小點心，水果。有朋友來，我就直接在大堂招待他們了哈哈哈。過年那幾天，我們想在房間吃火鍋，客房經理説房間不能吃火鍋，那我們買了一堆東西還有鍋子，沒辦法用了，這位客房經理還特意領我們去員工用餐的房間讓我們用餐，真的太感謝她🙏

UUtente ospite兩天一夜，中午到了度假村，有空房，直接入住，園景房也升級到了湖景房，風景特別好，晚上還有人對着湖面放煙花，陽台正好能看到。
管家曉宇特別熱心，提前一天加了微信，確認了房型以及加床欄等特殊需求。入住和離店的時候也全程跟着，介紹酒店佈局等等，還送了小禮物。
崽崽特別喜歡室內外小童樂園挖沙子，都不需要自帶挖沙工具，全都有。室內是分割成不同房間，有決明子池，磚塊房+鋼琴，攀爬區+滑梯，還有小童影院。室外就是大滑梯，蹺蹺板，搖搖馬，鞦韆，沙坑（有遮陽棚和座椅，好評）。
晚上還有到同裏古鎮的班車，省得自己開車了，晚上去吃個晚飯正好。
親子泳池也試了，淋浴房換衣間廁所都配齊了，奈何寶寶第一次下水特別害怕，浪費了。
房間硬件還行，洗漱用品，浴袍拖鞋都按兩大一小給配齊了，小朋友的踩腳凳也有。整體體驗感挺好的。

Ambiente: vivere nella zona panoramica di Pingjiang Road non è molto conveniente. La camera da letto matrimoniale affacciata sul fiume offre un'esperienza fantastica. Aprendo le tende si scopre la vista del fiume principale all'esterno.
Servizio: fornire un servizio in stile maggiordomo, gentile e amichevole.

MMiduoerQuesto è l'hotel di cui sono più soddisfatto, nessuno escluso, e uno dei pochi che prende l'iniziativa di dare recensioni positive! Non solo è stato aggiornato gratuitamente a una camera genitore-figlio, ma non è stata richiesta alcuna recensione positiva, nemmeno un suggerimento! Ogni membro dello staff che ho incontrato era super premuroso e professionale! Dal momento in cui entri, lo zio della sicurezza prende l'iniziativa di aprirti e chiuderti la porta con un sorriso, anche se non hai bagagli, e lavora anche molto duramente e premurosamente per aprire e chiudere la porta per due gruppi di ospiti allo stesso tempo. Mi si spezza il cuore quando lo vedo, ma lui sorrideva sempre felice e sentivo che mi piaceva il mio lavoro. Rispondiamo pazientemente anche a tutti i tipi di domande! Il direttore e le ragazze alla reception sono bellissime, professionali e gentili. In effetti, sentivo di avere molte domande, ma tutte hanno risposto e mi hanno presentato pazientemente! Un hotel a cinque stelle con strutture e ambiente eccellenti. Anche i negozi che vendono artigianato hanno prezzi super ragionevoli! Anche la colazione è deliziosa, consiglio vivamente i pancake e i noodles multicereali! Ci sono anche piscine interne ed esterne, soprattutto quelle interne, piccole ma eleganti. Non sapevamo prima della piscina, quindi ci siamo pentiti di non aver portato il costume da bagno! Il paesaggio dell'hotel è particolarmente bello e ci sono molti ristoranti di diverse fasce di prezzo e stili tra cui scegliere, nonché un parco a tema per bambini, palestra, lounge, campo da golf, tennis, ecc. Sembra di poter trascorrere una vacanza intera giornata in albergo. Ci sono molte attrazioni circostanti molto vicine l'una all'altra e puoi ottenere sconti sui biglietti se li acquisti presso la reception dell'hotel! Tutto sommato molto, molto buono! La chiave è che il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto!
Tour dell'area panoramica di Panmen di livello 4A per due: ingresso illimitato, scenario fantastico!
Esperienza Hanfu (non applicabile nei giorni festivi): sebbene sia gratuita, il servizio di diverse donne è super premuroso e può essere utilizzato anche gratuitamente nei fine settimana, senza trucchi!

UUtente ospiteIl personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. La signora alla reception al momento del check-in ha preparato con cura una stanza speciale con braccioli per gli anziani. Anche l'ambiente è in stile giardino. Sarebbe meglio se la varietà della colazione fosse migliorata. Anche l'effetto di isolamento acustico della stanza è scarso. Miglioralo. La stanza è molto spaziosa. Al piano di sotto c'è un quartiere degli affari. È molto comodo mangiare e bere opposto.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me.
1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants.
2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind!
3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed.
There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!!
Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists.
I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them.
Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

房間打掃得非常乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很香。浴室也很寬敞，熱水充足，洗浴用品質量不錯。細節做得很到位，住得很舒心。

酒店地理位置很好，附近有商場和地鐵站，出行非常方便。晚上還可以在周邊散步，感受城市的夜景，整體氛圍很放鬆。
