Hotel in zona Suzhou North Railway Station, Suzhou

This hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The hotel has a decent gym, a swimming pool, and a nice inhouse restaurant. The hotel breakfast has many choices and the quality is good too. The whole staff team is very professional and friendly.

I was impressed with the front dest manager Daisy Wu whom gave a great help for my first stay in GE Summit Hotel. My highest command for her outstanding service. Thank you Daisy Wu.

Non so perché, ma la stanza è stata migliorata perché è diversa da quello che mi è stato mostrato. E' spaziosa, confortevole e la vista degli occhi degli uccelli è stupefacente. La stanza ha un enorme TV soft e confortevole letto regina, jacuzzi, WC separato e bagno. Il robot che ha consegnato l'acqua quando abbiamo chiesto bottiglia extra, ha fatto colazione continentale e divertente! Vorrei davvero rilanciare l'esperienza nel prossimo futuro.

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

L'hotel ha una posizione comoda e buoni servizi. Se non è un problema del bagno, lo consiglio vivamente! ! Ma c'è un grosso problema con il bagno, cioè è trasparente! Puoi guardare la foto del bagno del negozio. Ci sono delle persiane sul vetro su entrambi i lati dello specchio che possono essere abbassate, ma anche le persiane sono trasparenti! (Non è un tipo comune, è un pezzo piatto di stoffa di plastica con rete). La tenda della doccia può essere tirata solo a metà, l'altra metà è di vetro! A meno che le persone che vivono insieme non girino la testa, lo vedono chiaramente, anche quando vanno in bagno! Ho chiamato la reception e ho chiesto, e mi hanno detto che tutte le camere sono così. Hanno già segnalato alla reception che ”problemi di privacy del bagno” dovrebbero essere scritti sulla home page del negozio. Il check-in deve essere considerato a vostra discrezione. Ero troppo stanco per il viaggio quindi non ho scattato nessuna foto.

E'la seconda volta che sono andato. Il personale della reception è molto buono. Ha anche aggiornato il tipo di camera. La stanza del lago è molto bella. La stanza è anche grande. Il soggiorno dei bambini è anche grande. Il pasto di pranzo pomeriggio è molto redditizio. Il gusto della torta è anche buono. La stanza ha due cucchiaini d'acqua potabile. La stanza del cameriere è stata inviata rapidamente a 2 cucchiaini. Il servizio è buono!La colazione è anche fantastica, l'esperienza della piscina è anche buona, molto soddisfatta per un soggiorno, tornerà ancora!

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

We are very pleased by our staying at Guyunfeng. The hostess were so helpful, nice and polite. They were the highlight of our stay making us very comfortable. We got sweets, tea by the river, great experience. Zero noise in the room. The location was premium, the room was very clean and the hotel architecture offered a local Chinese experience. Highly recommended!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

L'hotel è grande, il personale e l'ambiente sono molto amichevoli e benvenuti.Il butler (地 Xiqing) ha sempre assicurato che abbiamo tutto quello che ci serve e che la comunicazione tra noi è fluida e il viaggio è andato bene. Il cibo era buono e molto delizioso le porzioni sono molto generose. I luoghi intorno all'hotel sono anche buoni e una grande esperienza per gli stranieri molto benvenuti e un grande luogo per i bambini. Ci sono tonnellate di attività e posti alimentari da vedere. L'unica migliore è forse aggiungere un mini frigo nelle stanze per tenere le bevande fredde.A parte che il posto è una grande esperienza e rilassamento del paesaggio consigliere agli stranieri di provarlo.

Bene servizio all'hotel una volta arrivato all'hotel qualcuno mi aiuta a aprire la porta e qualcuno mi aiuta con i bagagli fino alla mia stanza. Quel personale di servizio è un anziano che ho rispettato per avere la responsabilità di questo lavoro. Controllo della procedura è anche gratis. Kudos a tutti i membri del personale. Vediamo un sacco di lavori di fuoco dalla nostra stanza
