Hotel in zona Suyue Square, Suzhou

Sono andato a Suzhou per partecipare ad una maratona e ho trovato temporaneamente un appartamento in stile hotel relativamente vicino al traguardo. Dopo la partita ho camminato qui per più di 20 minuti senza fermarmi. L'intero edificio è composto da appartamenti commerciali e residenziali. Contattato il capo in anticipo. Mi ha portato di sopra, mi ha insegnato come utilizzare l'app mobile per aprire la porta e mi ha aiutato a trovare una chiave magnetica. L'area della stanza dell'appartamento servito è relativamente grande. Sono disponibili frigoriferi, forni a microonde, piani cottura a induzione, lavatrici, ecc. necessari per la vita quotidiana. Ci sono molte prese nella stanza. È abbastanza conveniente. A differenza del soggiorno in albergo, non sono previsti servizi extra. Ad esempio vengono fornite solo 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale. Se non basta, potete andare al supermercato sotto casa per comprarla voi stessi. C'è solo un telo da bagno grande e uno piccolo, quindi non puoi nemmeno chiedere di più. L'appartamento è in una buona posizione, con Central Park proprio al piano di sotto e un sacco di cibo e bevande. È a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana.

Questa è la seconda volta che sono rimasto nel lago Mercure Jinji, questa volta con la mia famiglia che visita dall'estero. Basato sulla mia buona esperienza di rimanere qui, non esitavo a prenotare il mio soggiorno di nuovo. L'hotel non era deluso, con una grande posizione vicino ai pantaloni e vicino al giardino.È anche molto conveniente trovare cibo, perché il mart familiare è proprio all'opuscolo dell'hotel e grandi negozi a piedi. Anche molto facile da andare a didi e prendere la metropolitana. In generale, una buona esperienza.

Great staff, with little english they did their best to make you trust them and feel comfortable. Particularly Sky was our best adviser, he made the bookings for the gardens and museums, talking with the taxi drivers... Even checking my train tickets to be sure I am asking to go to the correct station... :))

Very convenient, with lots restaurant available nearby, and the supermarket just next to it. As per all hotels rooms located at industrial area. All room with smokes smell even though the hotel management named it Non-smoking room but you can find an ashtray place in the room

The hotel is nice and fresh. It’s located close to the train station. Breakfast is good. There are many rooms with a fake window, which I didn’t like much. I enjoyed my stay. Two nights, it was comfortable and quiet!

If you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me. 1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants. 2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind! 3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed. There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!! Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists. I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them. Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

Non c'è niente da dire sulle strutture. L'hotel è molto bello. È collegato alla zona panoramica di Panmen dietro l'hotel. È possibile fare una passeggiata sia di giorno che di notte. Ma il servizio è nella media. La reception è probabilmente molto affollata e l'atteggiamento non è molto buono. In secondo luogo, la hall è al terzo piano. Le guardie di sicurezza dovrebbero aprire le porte ai clienti o aiutare con i bagagli in qualsiasi momento , ma il cameriere qui ha visto una persona che spingeva due o tre valigie. Non sapevano come aiutare. C'erano pochissimi camerieri. Era difficile trovare la strada e trovare qualcuno a cui chiedere all'inizio il primo piano era migliore e più entusiasta, ma quello all'ingresso della hall del terzo piano non era buono. In secondo luogo, ci sono troppo pochi tipi di colazione nel ristorante e non sono molto deliziosi. C'è un ristorante svizzero di noodle nell'hotel, che è più delizioso, o forse non ci sono abituato.
