Recensione negativa, la camera da letto matrimoniale si affaccia sulla strada e il rumore del traffico è molto forte a mezzanotte, il che influisce sul resto. Al momento del check-in, ho chiesto alla reception di adeguare o aggiornare frettolosamente a sinistra, ho detto di non averlo menzionato. La stanza era piccola e il lavandino non era disponibile L'acqua schizzava e il rubinetto non funzionava bene. Prenotare su Ctrip costa più di 800 a notte, non ne vale la pena.

Questo è il peggior negozio Atour in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Le stanze sono buie e scarsamente illuminate, ed è molto più costoso di altri negozi Atour. Non ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Il peggiore Atour in cui abbia mai soggiornato. La stanza era molto, molto piccola, angusta e deprimente, l'estremità del letto era a una sola valigia di distanza dalla parete della TV, il che era davvero scioccante. Non ho osato aprire la finestra, perché a pochi metri di fronte alla finestra c'era una casa vecchio stile a più piani, quindi ho tenuto le tende ben chiuse durante tutto il soggiorno, inoltre la stanza era estremamente piccola. quanto mi sentivo soffocante.Bar. Per fortuna ero tutti i giorni fuori a fare la spesa dalla mattina alla sera, quindi non mi sono preso la briga di cambiarmi. Un'altra cosa terribile è che ogni mattina alle 5 o alle 6, nei vicoli dei palazzi residenziali, le persone escono uno dopo l'altro con auto a batteria o veicoli commerciali e spesso suonano il clacson. C'è un ingorgo o molti pedoni così presto? Hai bisogno di suonare continuamente il clacson? Comunque non ho più una buona impressione di Atour e non so se sia gestito direttamente o in franchising.

Hotel is good, near to Leqiao and Sanyuanfang stations, room is clean and comfortable, staff is friendly

Pretty good :) no unpleasant smell, cleanliness on point. Directly outside the hotel you could see pretty trees during autumn. Super lovely

Friendly staff, very good service, very clean and comfortable space to stay

Hotel service is good. They are prepared to lean forward ensure our stay is well taken care of. We have a very pleasant stay at the hotel. There are also complimentary beverages and biscuit in the bar fridge, which is a pleasant surprise for us. For laundry services, once we have placed it on the washing machine, we just need to indicate our room number, the hotel staff would make sure the laundry are done and sent them to our room free of charge.

Location of the hotel is between two subway stations, quite far to walk to both of them. The hotel is far from Guan Qian Jie, don’t understand why they call it Gusn Qian Jie Hotel. Kind of misleading. The room is quite out dated.

Great location to sightseeing

Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. 3 huge TVs in the family room. Laundry service was good. Nothing much to complain about. Quite a distance from leqiao metro. Easy to take a bus or taxi though.

Fantastic hotel with big room for our family of 4. Staffs are friendly and very helpful in assisting us to book the taxi. Laundry room available for guests and the staff is so kind to even help fold our clothes. Breakfast is nice too. Excellent!

It was a nice trip but the fridge was too small and not cold. The chair had a gross stain and the service was decent but could have been better.

We had a very pleasant experience with our stay. Staffs were very friendly. Once we arrive to the lobby they served us tea and they upgraded us to a room with bigger bed and on the third floor. It was nice because my mom and sister stayed on the first floor were complaining about the noice of the people walking pass by the room. The room on the first floor is right behind a neighborhood street were you can literally hear everything. They had free laundry services which I really like. The housekeeping staff were really nice. I left my clothes washing but it was taking long and the lady staff told me that I don’t know need worry about my clothes. Once is finished washing they will put it to dry and later they will fold it and place it in the clean basket. You just have to go back and retrieve it after. That is just so nice. You just put it to clean, go, come back and grab the clean clothes. The buffet breakfast lady was also nice. Overall experience was great.

Good value for money. Location is good, Chinese style breakfast was not rich but decent.
