With respect to your demand that the room you proposed was near the railway station and it was so noisy that you wanted to change the room. We are sorry that due to the fact of high occupancy rate during the National Holiday, the quiet room with the luxury big bed facing south on that day was sold out. However, when you viewed online,the remaining room which was on sale faced north along the high-speed rail line,so the front desk did not have a room facing south at that time.As a result,we could not change it for you. If you will stay at the hotel again, you can put your special requirements and directions in the order in advance, we will try our best to meet your needs!
