Clean and comfortable hotel. Good location and near the tourist attraction.

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

This resort is truly an amazing place to visit in Suzhou. Very clean , beautiful and children oriented. There are hardly any part of it that doesn’t have any activity for babies. The behaviours of staffs are also up to the mark and more specifically the lady named Yu Ting was very co-operative.

是真的很好～真心推薦～ 給升級了湖景套房，小朋友在酒店都不想出去，又泡澡又坐小火車又小童樂園，還有探險者樂園，住一晚他説都不夠，哈哈😂因為自由車還沒騎夠～ 管家服務更是非常到位，都是秒回～有什麼需求都馬上解決，即使晚上十點了也一樣，真的是真心對待客户～非常滿意，有好的地方一定要表揚，這樣才會做的更好～我們的管家是曉宇～

酒店房間設施有點舊，但是房間還是乾淨整潔的，酒店室外環境舒適，景色宜人，室內有小童樂園，還可以看動畫片，游泳池。還要謝謝管家餘婷，每天有細心問候和提醒。酒店早餐服務很好，沒想到還主動提供眼鏡清潔布，退房時，送了小禮物，寶貝很開心，離開的時候還哭了，説以後還要住酒店

親子游，泡酒店為主，管家曉宇提前聯繫溝通，跟蹤服務，服務到位，有入住小禮品，臨走也有玩具送，升級的湖景房很舒服，就是雙人床有點小 ，和孩子睡的有點擠，酒店五一有活動，錯過了1號的活動，這樣的活動管家可以提醒下帶孩子的家長，親子游度假酒店，無非就是出去玩嫌累，想一切活動在酒店完成～小火車孩子大了不太要暈，漢服體驗也好像都是女裝，沒有適合孩子的，也沒有預約使用，古鎮接駁車服務也沒有用到，住了2晚，第二晚開車去了吳越榮記，人很多，提前網上排隊的，到了沒等一會就輪到了，中午在酒店自助餐吃太飽，晚上吃不下，沒點什麼菜，感受下氣氛，附近兜了一會，還有酒店買的的冰粉挺好吃的

出發前一天，酒店的曉宇就添加了微信，從出遊第一天到離店的最後一天，每天都給予温馨的關懷。房間還升級了湖景房，親子度假村，裡麪兒童遊玩設施相當齊全，很適合在全家入住的酒店，下次還會選擇這家酒店。每天都給小朋友一個小玩具，最後寶寶都不願離開了。

51出遊，選擇同裏湖度假村，看了點評，有點擔心酒店設施太老，結果完全出乎意料，酒店乾淨整潔，每個工作人員都笑臉相迎，漫步度假村，非常愜意。特別是管家曉宇，服務熱情，我們人未到，她的服務已經開始，還幫我們升級了湖景房，介紹周圍景點，飯店，真是貼心。會推薦給其他朋友。

五一假期錯峯出遊。選擇了同裏湖度假村，給了我一個大大的驚喜。這裏的服務真的非常不錯，尤其是我的管家曉宇在入住前一天就添加我的微信。貼心的告知各種事項，讓人覺得非常的貼心，賓至如歸，像家一樣。酒店環境也非常不錯，就在同裏湖邊上。酒店離同裏古鎮也很近，步行就能到，非常方便。房間很寬敞，打掃的很乾凈，設施也有很多，有很多小朋友玩的地方，小朋友很開心，下次有機會還會再來

本來帶着老婆孩子報着期待定了兩個晚上的親子房，到了以後我就退了一天。衹住了一天。服務一切都挺好，但是酒店硬件設施一言難盡，小童床竟然是硬板床，小童沙發就是廉價淘寶貨，空調一夜差點沒把我吵死，關鍵是製冷一點效果沒有，投訴了也沒弄好，頂着28度的室温整個一夜無法入睡。孩子一晚上熱醒了無數次。最後酒店説給我打九折，我果斷拒絕。

感謝管家餘婷小姐姐，入住同裏湖度假村期間，餘婷的服務令我印象深刻。入住前一天電話聯繫我們確認行程和房間要求。她以熱情温暖的微笑迎接我們，主動推薦遊覽路線。辦理入住時還驚喜的給到了房間升級，家人都特別喜歡和滿意。在住期間會告知各個營業場所的開放時間，耐心解答各類疑問，無論是清晨的問候還是夜晚的關懷，她的真誠與細緻始終如一。退房時還給小朋友準備了小禮物，驚喜感直接拉滿了。 酒店面積很大，綠植豐富，還有多人自行車可以租借。小童設施也非常齊全，室內室外都有遊樂設施，能滿足不同年齡段的小童，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎，都不想回房間了。 房間寬敞明亮，還專門配有小童洗漱的小凳子，各種温馨提示也非常到位，設施設備的使用方法也一目瞭然。 再次感謝管家餘婷，多虧她的周到安排，讓我們一家的旅程舒適又難忘，期待下次再來！

房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，管家曉宇全程貼心服務，給我們升級了房間，幫忙處理各種問題。酒店有班車去同裏古街，酒店的花園裡各種孩子們玩的設施，孩子們玩的很開心！離開酒店，孩子們戀戀不捨！

每年會到同裏度假村度一次假，之前體感都很好；今年這次入住不是很滿意，拖家帶口，帶着老小在大廳從十二點等到四點鐘才入住，第一次經歷這麼慢長的入住前準備，也打亂了遊客的出行計劃
