La prima esperienza è stata fantastica. La nostra camera era al 31° piano. Anche la vista dai piani superiori era molto bella, e si affacciava sulla Porta Orientale. Anche se era un po' lontano dai giardini e da altri punti panoramici, penso che il prezzo / rapporto prestazioni era molto alto. Anche le strutture ambientali erano molto buone. Il nuovo hotel è molto pulito e ordinato. Il prezzo dello stesso hotel di Shenzhen e Hong Kong sarà sicuramente il doppio. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Prima partenza, la nostra esclusiva ragazza del servizio maggiordomo Joann ci chiamerà per dirci come effettuare il check-in, questioni relative al parcheggio e ai servizi per i punti panoramici, ecc., molto È stato premuroso e l'esperienza è stata molto confortevole.Quando ho lasciato il negozio, a mio marito è stato dato una torta di compleanno. Dato che il parcheggio sotterraneo è un complesso commerciale, è stato molto difficile trovarlo la prima volta. New business hotel by the lake, well equipped with gym, pool and bar. Only drawback is that there is no route for taxi pick up / drop off, but we got the hang of it afterwards, only need a short walk from the main road. Clean and comfy. Staff is well trained, but was unable to deal with the problem with the TV being unable to connect with our devices for screen share, not a big deal tbh

I think the place is quiet, suitable for family trips, new and clean, suitable for relaxation, the staff takes good care of us. If I have a chance, I will come again and stay in a room with a lake view.

The hotel is in a great location overlooking one of the two big lakes and within a kilometer of a subway station. The lobby is on the 25th floor. The rooms are big and ours was overlooking the lake. The breakfast is amazing and you can use the gym, pool and sauna. When coming to Suzhou, be sure to check this place!

Great stay! Had an issue with the booking, but the front office staff did super well with handling the situation. Breakfast was really good, very diverse and good quality. Only coffee tasted a bit off. The hotel has a great view over the city and the extra facilities are top notch. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social
