Il bagno è grande, inaspettatamente!Il bagno è dotato di un sistema di tavolo di legno e di karaok, e non esce per giocare per un giorno.La piscina non è grande, nessuno è caldo (igiene un po' scarsa) il prezzo del ristorante dell'hotel non è costoso, ma deve essere prenotato in anticipo. Il cameriere è molto entusiasta, molto soddisfatto, raccomandando ai suoi amici di vivere in una festa di famiglia.

Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente.Abbiamo un aggiornamento gratuito e la stanza era luminosa, pulita e grande. La colazione era buona, con una quantità di scelte decente. Le opzioni di gioco per i bambini erano davvero buone - anche se era molto caldo fuori.
La mia unica delusione è che la piscina e la zona calda di primavera si apriranno solo alle 2:00.E' frustrante aspettare e delusione non avere una piscina finale/relaxazione in acqua al giorno di check-out perché è necessario essere fuori entro le 12. Spero che l'hotel possa considerare di cambiare questo.
Raccomando l'hotel per qualche giorno di distanza dalla strumentazione e dalla bussola.

房間煙味大，被紡織物吸收進去的煙味無法徹底清除。
裝修面上看着時髦，但用料材質確實符合經濟型酒店的定位，地板看着廉價，板櫃用料接縫粗糙。春節321元不含早。不知道平時多少錢。

Il capo del giacca di argento e giacca è molto bravo. Quando andiamo, sono foglie di giacca, proprio quando sono stati commercializzati, siamo molto felici! La villa è molto vicina a tutti i punti d'attrazione. Come il palazzo di fiori, la zona di pioggia, il giardino e il ponte di fiori di fiori possono passare. 房間很乾凈，而且在得知有寶寶之後、幫忙安裝了床圍。很貼心！
因為旁邊有施工，前台小姑娘Zora很貼心告知我們靠湖的一面早上可能會有施工聲音。 這樣升不升級房型是由我們自己決定，很貼心！
房間其實空調不是特別涼快， 但考慮到有寶寶，我們覺得能接受。
酒店的游泳池也很友好，帶着一歲半的娃就開始了游泳初體驗，沒想到她很喜歡哎。
還有房間很貼心地可以提供冰塊，夏天離不開冰飲～
因為寶寶的緣故，我們提前申請了入住，然後還延遲了退房，酒店都幫忙安排了，真的親子旅遊很友好。
我們住在這為了去西山玩，但發現酒店就挺能給娃放電的，游泳+泡澡+房間裏爬上爬下+大堂的小童樂園，一下午很好混～傍晚就去西山感受了一陣人從眾，還是躺酒店舒服～
等天氣涼快會再去玩一趟！
設施：不算新但是維護的很好
衞生：打掃的挺乾淨的，馬桶有馬桶套，泡澡有泡澡帶。
環境：有好多帶小朋友的家庭，挺好的
服務：非常棒！謝謝酒店所有員工的招待，給你們也添麻煩啦！

Questo hotel si trova in una zona scenica con una grande vista sul lago. Il sole vi saluta al mattino e i conducenti vi portano dove vuoi andare. La colazione è stile buffet con una miscela di piatti orientale e occidentale. Mio amico e io siamo davvero felici di essere circondati da fogli di caduta. E' fantastico per prendere foto. Le camere erano anche belle, un'area da pranzo giapponese, una camera da letto adeguatamente dimensionata, un balcone e un bagno con tubo e doccia congiunti. Tutto è stato bello, guardando in attesa il mio secondo viaggio.

Portare il bambino fuori West Mountain per giocare il fine settimana. Il panno della stanza è il tipo di buono. La stanza è molto pulita e pulita. The hotel is not bad, the room was clean and pleasant to stay. The bed was quite comfortable. The area around is green, you can have a walk or enjoy a warm bath in the hot springs, but there were many people and music played loudly, kids run with water guns, so it’s not really nice for relaxation.
One thing that really spoiled my weekend, there were the construction works near to my room window (on the parking behind the trees) that were started at 4:30am on Sunday!!! Of course it didn’t let me to sleep well and enjoy my stay there as I felt broken for the rest of the day without good sleeping.

La posizione è molto buona, il centro è vicino alla strada veloce, l'altra parte è la città di tutti gli elefanti, collegare la città occidentale e la vecchia città, è davvero buona.
Il servizio non deve essere detto, è anche una stanza elevata, il parcheggio è molto conveniente e il colazione è particolarmente buona, perché in alto, guardare il paesaggio circostante, mangiare una colazione deliziosa, è molto carino.
La stanza è molto grande, le strutture sono anche molto nuove, buone, la televisione è molto buona, molto in linea con le esigenze dei giovani in tempo, e benvenuto a frutta è anche molto buono.
Ci sono molte scelte di vendita, i robot sono inviati alla porta, molto conveniente e molto intime.
Il personale di servizio della reception è molto entusiasta. Grazie in particolare. Sono molto carino sia il personale di prima o di sera. Il tempo è un po' lungo. Il nome può essere immutato, ma riconosco molto il vostro servizio e atteggiamento. Grazie per il vostro aiuto. Vi resteremo la prossima volta.

CChangyunhuaThis resort is truly an amazing place to visit in Suzhou. Very clean , beautiful and children oriented. There are hardly any part of it that doesn’t have any activity for babies. The behaviours of staffs are also up to the mark and more specifically the lady named Yu Ting was very co-operative.

RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find.
On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests.
The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it!
The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available.
Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere.
On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si.
At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic.

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room.
Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is a standard unit (not central), and you can use the remote to set the temperature according to your preferences. You can adjust it to be very cold or less cold.
Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. Remember to bring a universal adapter, as the sockets are not designed for international use, although there is a USB port that can be used directly.
Shower: The water pressure is not very strong but still acceptable.
Breakfast: The hotel only has a pantry area with 1 table and limited chairs (similar to pantry) and no restaurant.
Transport: The hotel is near the Humble Administrator's Garden (5 minutes walking distance), Lion Forest Garden (3 minutes walking distance), and Suzhou Museum (5 minutes walking distance). The Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum are located side by side. If you don’t mind walking, you can also reach Pingjiang Road (15-20 minutes walking distance) and Guanqian Street (15-20 minutes walking distance). For other attractions, you might need to call Didi.
Location: There is a Family Mart located in the same row as the hotel, making it easy to buy snacks. My travel dates are May 21, 2024 - May 23, 2024. There is some construction nearby (it seems to be a new metro construction). It’s not noisy but a bit dusty. When walking to Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street, you need to walk near the main road and construction site. It can be slightly dangerous, but many people are using the same route.
Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free. However, there are only two washing machines and two dryers. Many people use them at night, so you might need to wait when others are using them.
Overall, it is good for a short stay and budget travelers.

YYTZ23We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week.
Pros:
- Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn.
- The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake.
- There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too.
- Staff are generally friendly and helpful
- Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby.
- Hotel is affordable by international standards
- Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live
- We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals
- Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds.
Cons
- The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface.
- The property and facilities are a bit dated
- There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

L'appartamento di Liu Lake è molto buono e merita la raccomandazione

UUtente ospiteThere were a few ants in the first room we booked, but after a few screams and a phonecall we were quickly moved to another ant-free room. The staff were so helpful, kind and willing to communicate in English to the best of their ability. They made plenty of gestures with bowls of fruit, fragrant sacks and even a personal delivery of the food menu when we couldn't find the English menu on the TV. Their frequent arrivals had us jumping in our robes to grab the door every so often, but each time we were grateful to receive such thoughtful snacks and smells. Lovely place. Would visit again.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me.
1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants.
2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind!
3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed.
There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!!
Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists.
I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them.
Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

UUtente ospiteReally beautiful place. It looks to be brand new - maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it certainly looks new. The room (a suite) was very spacious, very clean. Just a very beautiful place that fit well with the surroundings. The whole building was impeccably clean.
I rated the service 5/5 because the owners were very nice, and largely left us alone. The family was processing tea and were quite busy - check-in was extremely quick, check-out too. I'm not looking for hospitality, so being left alone suited us fine - this isn't a criticism at all! The rooms don't really come with much extra (tea, coffee etc.), just a couple of bottles of water, so best to know that before you book if you usually expect this, but we didn't so we were fine with it.
You can buy really good tea from them (maybe we timed it well as we arrived at the peak tea-picking time). The owners were very kind and let us try some, and it's really good tea - we ended up buying some.
Food was pretty good, but again they were quite busy and have specific times that food is available, and no menu, so best to check ahead with them (again, really taking into account that they were super busy processing tea when we were there). Absolutely not a problem as there are so many great restaurants around too.
TV in the room had VOD but without VIP, so if you're looking to watch movies or anything best to bring your own (including HDMI cable as our TV didn't have one).
Location excellent. Space for maybe 4 cars to park, right next to a small hill, very close to the pick-up point for the sightseeing bus to take you up to Xishan, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, B+Bs etc. so if you like coffee, there's a shop just down the road. Very beautiful surroundings - you will be shocked that you're so close to Suzhou as there's absolutely no evidence that you're anywhere near a city!
All in all, really enjoyable. Amazing price for a suite (around Y500 per night) and one of the better homestay-style places we've stayed in. Highly recommended.
