Questo hotel non dispone di articoli da toeletta, spazzolino da denti e pantofole non sono forniti, è necessario acquistarli separatamente. Abbiamo finito per uscire per una passeggiata di 10 minuti da asporto. Ci sono peli del corpo sconosciuti sulle lenzuola, ma non ci appartengono. Lo abbiamo scoperto prima di sdraiarci e sollevare la trapunta. Influisce davvero sulla sensazione di soggiornare. Questa dovrebbe essere la peggiore esperienza in hotel in cui siamo mai stati fino a qui. Questo hotel non fornisce articoli da toeletta, spazzolini da denti e pantofole. Questo hotel ha peli del corpo sconosciuti sulle lenzuola, il che mi fa sentire molto male. Ma questi peli del corpo non ci appartengono. Non ti consiglio davvero di restare. E questo hotel è lontano dal centro di Londra🥲

La posizione è abbastanza comoda, devi toccare la tua carta due volte prima di poter salire a bordo della stanza, la sicurezza è buona.

Staff simpatico e professional e atento Quartos a precisar de um refreshing Higiene boa Ambiente acolhedor e bem arejado Hotel dentro da média com uma localização bastante boa e acessível a rede de transportes de Londres. Bom isolamento sonoro

Massive queue to check in, the self checking didn't recognise booking number but after queuing for ages the reception computer did... The bed was so uncomfortable I still have a bad back a week later the TV had a 4 pin lock on it, manager refused to give out, WiFi was absolutely waste of money never staying in a Premier inn again

I stayed at the hotel and left brand new airforce trainers and they were stolen by staff when I went back to reclaim after checking out

Very welcoming, clean room and a comfy bed. Food was excellent. Value for money. Will be booking again

The staff were first class nothing was to much trouble the hotel was very clean an I will be revisiting

The stay was for leisure to meet friends and enjoy my time in Sutton, the hotel, facilities was found to be very good and beyond my expectations always happy to stay at a premier inn

Comfortable bed and pillows.The reception staff have been amazing,they've gone above and beyond to help with my requests.Bookong through the hotel own website is quite straightforward and you can see the room prices for a couple of days in advance.

Annual trip to Wimbledon Slam Leisure break with a good friend over from Slovenia to watch pro tennis

I went to the Wimbledon Tennis and stayed here. Meets all Premier Inn standards. I found it very expensive and would not spend this amount, I only did because I had a ticket for Wimbledon.
