There wasn’t any room service/ house keeping during my stays, I left the room at 7am and asked for room cleaning, when I came back at night, I found it the same as I left it, no towel changing and no other services. The shower wasn’t that clean as well and it was blocked a little bit and so rusty

Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again 

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

アメニティなし、最寄駅の電車はストライキで動かなくなると結構へんぴなところでした。 5日間とまりクリーニングをいったのにもかかわらず1度もタオルも交換なしクリーニングなし、水場のソープは交換なしと酷かったです。

設施一般，住第二天只放新的毛中，床單也沒有整理！

Hotel, senza aria condizionata, senza una colazione continentale decente e sufficentemente varia, cambio lenzuola ascigamani, pulizie scarse, privacy 2° piano inesistente prtesenza park a livello, riscaldamento con stufetta a muro, rivambio aria scarso, le camere con letti separati hanno un letto attaccato al muro e non forniscono lenzuola per letti singoli, ma adeguano quelle matrimoniali piegate a metà i materassi sono ottimi ma non hanno biancheria adeguata, si vede che mancano i controlli di gente preposta. Pubblicità ingannevole di rinnovato c'è ben poco.

La mia prima volta in un hotel e ho trovato il personale fantastico e ben parlato ed educato un membro del personale chiamato kaisey è stato molto disponibile ed efficiente ha risolto ogni problema/problema che avevo/avevo era molto educato e anche se potesse aiutarla lo avrebbe trovato un modo di

Non ho mai visto niente di simile a questo hotel prima. Stanze sporche con cacca lasciata sul pavimento del bagno in una in cui hanno cercato di registrarmi. Non posso nominare il manager perché non aveva il badge con il nome, ma quando le parlava dello stato delle stanze, era estremamente scortese e per niente disponibile. L'addetto alla reception era in lacrime per lo stato delle stanze. Mia nipote ha dovuto pulire la stanza da sola, con il personale a guardare. Non posso credere che l'azienda sappia dello stato di questo hotel. Assolutamente disgustoso.

Reasonably priced hotel close to chessington theme park. Breakfast ok but could be better quality for £10

Avham was very helpful in securing great room on behalf of K Keens. Great room and plenty of space. great views too and great service. All the staff are wonderful and very professional. Very clean rooms and good facilities. Decor nice with good tv.

This Travelodge was very easy to find, although the car park wasn't very well signposted. You have to wait to be buzzed in from the top car park and the lifts are very well signposted when you first enter. When I found the room, I had been given a family room, which I was very surprised about being a woman on my own, having a room for 4/5 people. I went to the party that I had been invited to and my key wouldn't work for when I got back which isn't very good, when you are desperate for the toilet and then have to go down to reception to get the key card to be reactivated to work in the door for your room. The beds were very comfortable, the restaurant was OK. although was a bit basic. It looks like it could do with a small reverberation, the corridors could do with a good hoover. The manager I saw on the Sunday morning was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. I would use this Travelodge again
