Surat Thani: hotel con bar

Questo hotel è molto buono, il personale è molto felice di aiutare e amichevole.Il servizio taxi è davvero cattivo, devi aspettare per un lungo periodo di tempo.Non c'è cibo moschea in questa città, che ci fa stare tranquilli tutta la notte.

Everyting was perfect but upon arrival as we checked in at noon , the lady at reception unfriendly and not made the resevation on system for us yet even we booked on trip.com one day before and informed us that we have no reservation yet as we let her khow double check on system. Then we booked the room include breakfast but she never informed us about the breakfast menu , time till night we met other lady at reception and asked her about the brwakfast menu and time. In the morning time as we met the staff at the restaurant but no smile and the mood on their face look like we disturbance them. We apologise if we expect that thing from the the people who did service job.

Mi piace molto. Questo hotel dorme bene. Andate a trovare qualcosa da mangiare facilmente, andate al mercato e andate alla città Pillar Shrine, Surat Thani o  Ovunque vada, potete camminare facilmente, camminare fluentemente, le strutture hanno tutto. Camminare a Seven è 300 metri  Seven non è lontano. Ci piace molto. Ci sono molte cantine alimentari  Mi piace il più e il prezzo è ragionevole, la stanza è pulita  Il personale è bello e carino, tutti, la cameriera è anche carino, c'è un standard 

Un ottimo hotel all'ospedale del Diamond Plaza Hotel. Camera spaziosa con un letto molto confortevole. Buona doccia d'acqua calda e WiFi forte. Colazione è una scelta di un menu di carta lunga e era deliziosa. Forniscono caffè e cookie tutto il giorno. Un hotel molto ben strutturato che consiglio molto. La posizione era anche buona con alcuni ristoranti intorno. 7 Eleven e Lotus's è circa 800 metri Staff sono gentili e hanno organizzato un taxi all'aeroporto di Surat Thani a 400 THB. Non c'era una scatola di sicurezza nella stanza. (506)

Nothing fancy about this hotel; it was a purely rational choice for us as we simply needed a clean room and bed for our short overnight stay. The room with its ensuite bathroom was indeed in line with our expectations. Overall, the Bun hotel was a simple yet convenient choice. Breakfast in the morning was an appreciated plus. Overall, we were satisfied with our choice, the good value and service we received.

I have stayed here many times in the past 4-5 years and liked it a lot, indeed a lot. Reason: location close to main roads, good room standard and sleeping quality and - not the least - I have before always got really good food at reasonable prices served when ordering room service. The food quality is really important since this hotel is in the outskirts of the city and no suitable local restaurants are nearby. I have mainly used this hotel for overnight stays due to long car journeys. This is why I again chose to stay here last night. However, we were greatly disappointed when I and my family members received the ordered food via room service. I just wonder: what has happened with the food? It was completely tasteless, even I specifically ordered spicy ”southern style” and dishes were sloppy and too sweet. On the whole, not good at all. I do not like to express negativity, so please look at it as a cry for help to achieve positive change, i.e. to the good food standard/quality the hotel always provided before. Thus, I kindly urge the management to look into this fatal shortage of cooking quality without delay. Otherwise I may feel forced to take my business elsewhere, and for me this would be an unwanted decision.

Dopo un giorno di guida da Bangkok abbiamo ricevuto l'indicazione da un altro posto e siamo andati in - non sono buoni in inglese, ma estremamente utile e ci hanno fatto un buon prezzo per ”overnight” prima di pianificare il traghetto a Ko Phangan. L'hotel è estremamente pulito e offre camere molto buone con buon internet. La piscina non è grande ma molto, molto accogliente - quindi abbiamo avuto una buona nuoto rinfrescante dopo 800 km di guida - non preparano nessun pasto, nessun colazione, Il parcheggio è sicuro e facile da raggiungere direttamente con ascensore alla stanza - semplicemente conveniente ! Ci saremo di nuovo, perché il servizio complessivo è super e conveniente e i prezzi sono molto buoni!
