The Amore Surat

Came here for a family dinner , but we left restaurant without having food .... worse experience with service and food . Ordered tandoori platter for Starter but was served after 40 mins without any chutney .. Our main course was served totally cold even breads was cold. I don't understand how the restaurant is working . No one from Kitchen, Executive or any Management guy didn't show up. Need to improve food . Was very much disappointed with food ... My money, time and the evening got wasted, Will never visit again . Worse experience. Shame on you guys.

Good place to celebrate your occasion and events. Liked their food taste and hospitality will recommend the same to friends and family. We celebrate new born jalwa function and our expiration was really very good we are totally satisfied .

7-Sep Having dinner was a great experience. The food was simple as we wanted and very delicious. Sudipto who served us ***** with Rohini were very gracious and fully available to take care of our needs . Looking forward to dinner tomorrow!!!

Hotel staff is very good and the service is very good also they are very supportive and the banquet is very beautiful support from the employee are very good the food is also very good they provide excellent service to our events and the excellent breakfast

I am regular visitor to the the amore. I like the ambience and the very good behaviour of the staff. I like the variety and the quality of the breakfast in the morning. I get full value for the money i spend in the amore.

Recently, i had an experience of staying at amore hotel in surat that was worth sharing. Right at the moment one enters the hotel, it smells class and glamour. The reception area was modern, stylish, and large, appropriately lit, which created a cordial atmosphere. Rooms the rooms were the crowning glory of my stay here. Tastefully done up with contemporary furniture, they offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality linens to match. I appreciated the attention to detail in the well-stocked mini-bar, the complimentary toiletries, and the in-room coffee and tea-making facilities. Service the staff at amore hotel were outstanding. Everybody, from the front desk to housekeeping, was respectful, professional, and very helpful. Smooth check-in with very friendly and informative staff about the hotel and its amenities, as well as the attractions around. Room service was very prompt, while the quality of food was just excellent. Dining the hotel restaurant was a pleasure to visit. Actually, their breakfast buffet showed a wide array of variety to satiate both indian and international tastes. The food was fresh, well-flavored, and laid out beautifully. I had dinner at the same restaurant. It came out more impressively, with finesse in the fine balance between tradition and modernity. Amenities there are so many facilities available at the am-ore hotel, adding to the overall experience of your stay. A fully equipped fitness facility, a swimming pool so clean and inviting, and i have even indulged in rejuvenating spa services, very professionally done. Wi-fi here is free and was fast throughout my stay. Location the hotel is aptly located in the heart of surat, which helps one explore all the attractions of this city. Business and leisure travelers appreciate the central location for easy access to the various places of interest. There are ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options just walking distance from the hotel or have a short drive from the hotel. Overall experience i had a great time staying at amore hotel in surat. Luxurious, par excellence service, and the best location make it a very good choice for a traveler. I would like to recommend this hotel to all travelers visiting surat and hope to visit again in the near future.
