Where the heart is, everything shows. That happens with each and every one of our trips with the Accor Group. The one with Movenpick Surabaya is no exception. The heart was there, from the moment we stepped into the front door. FOM Amalia was there - all smiles, open arms to greet us. GM Eksi was a step away to get us started on our great Movenpick experience once more. It was all hearts, from each and every one we met from the ground floor More Lounge to the 21st, the Patito on 7th. Executive Chef Vanda was there in person to attend to us, whipping up the best meals we've had this trip, ensuring the right level of sweetness or saltiness, just right smoothness and spiciness; perfect as perfection should be. HM Lucky Idris was not far behind to add cheers to every encounter, making light every conversation. And, our room on the 21st was magnificent; couldn't ask for more - every amenity of creature comfort was there - comfortable bed, long bath, mini bar, you name it, they gave it. Through every detail, the heart shows; every greeting, personal and close by name, not from one member, but by every staff that came our way. Clear as daylight, this Accor Movenpick property is all hearts 💕. We were all welled up in our hearts. Thank you, Ibu Eksi; thank you, Pak Lucky, Pak Vanda; thank you, Ibu Amalia. You gave us a fulfilling close to our six days in East Jawa. Be assured we'll be back for more Hearts. Don't lose heart, if we take a little longer to come. Blessings.

Grazie, ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito alla vasca da bagno grand deluxe plus, l'hotel è confortevole, ci sono impianti di allarme per altoparlanti domestici, connessione al centro commerciale mondiale Ciputra, divani morbidi ed estetici, la piscina a sfioro e la vasca idromassaggio sono al 22 ° piano c'è anche un lounge executive e un angolo palestra lì. il lavoro è piuttosto esteso ma non ci sono note o penne fornite come gli hotel a cinque stelle in generale, e ci sono lievi inconvenienti nel bagno come il rumore di persone che provengono dalla stanza accanto, la porta del bagno rotta non può essere chiusa correttamente e l'acqua della doccia puzza. Stai con la mia famiglia per 5 notti. Camere confortevoli con una vista molto buona e minibar gratuiti. Piscina semi all'interno in modo che possiamo nuotare in qualsiasi momento senza preoccuparsi di luce calda. La sauna accanto alla piscina rende più piacevole le esperienze. Il buon colazione con molte variazioni. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti, caffè e minimarket vicino all'hotel e solo 10 minuti al centro della città. Il protocollo sanitario applicato in questo hotel, ma le squadre non dovrebbero esitare a ricordare la missione che non segue bene il protocollo, ad esempio: non usare guanti di plastica e maschera facciale è ridotta in ristorante. Quindi ... Ho consigliato questo hotel molto soprattutto per il soggiorno con la famiglia.

Abbiamo prenotato due camere, il controllo in corso era efficace, anche se c'era solo un personale, una signora che ho dimenticato il nome; era davvero utile, quando abbiamo riportato che la AC era in fuga, ci ha immediatamente offerto di trasferirci. Quando chiese di prendere in prestito 4 forbici da pranzo, era lei quella che portava le forbici nelle nostre stanze in meno di due minuti La notte, quando chiese di ottenere acqua minerale supplementare, egli portava immediatamente di nuovo due bottiglie di acqua minerale. Quando ho chiesto, se c'era qualunque altro personale che doveva trattare queste richieste, lei disse, quella sera, solo lei e un agente di sicurezza in servizio... nessun altro personale disponibile. In generale, aveva fatto un ottimo lavoro, gentile, amichevole ed efficiente! Continuate a lavorare bene!

I have been to PrimeBiz several times and will keep on coming back. Why? The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are there to serve. The restaurant for breakfast and room service is simply put YUMMY! The hotel has improved in visit to the last visit even providing to the staff in being able to produce Barista coffee. I thoroughly recommend PrimeBiz
