"Camera pulita, buona posizione (connessa al centro commerciale), grande colazione, personale amichevole La stanza era molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è eccellente, poiché è direttamente collegato al Pakuwon Mall molto conveniente per shopping, cena e intrattenimento senza dover nemmeno andare fuori. Il colazione è stato grande, offrendo una vasta gamma di scelte deliziose e fresche. La maggior parte dei servizi erano molto amichevoli, utili e professionali, facendomi sentire benvenuto durante il mio soggiorno. Molto consigliato per chiunque visitasse Surabaya!"

"Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). "Our trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need. The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"We spent a few nights in Surabaya for work, and it was our first visit to the city. The hotel was very comfortable, with a spacious bed that easily accommodated two adults and my 7-year-old. The room itself was quite roomy and included a sofa, which was a nice touch for extra seating. I made good use of the gym facilities, which had plenty of cardio machines, dumbbells up to 20 kg, and a cable machine—enough for my workout needs. The pool was a decent size and even included a baby pool. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food and drinks. Overall, my family was happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a mid-priced option. It had easy access to taxi services, several restaurants nearby, and was not too far from Ciputra Mall."

"First time in Surabaya . Very very terrible experience at Swiss Belinn hotel .  First night due to my flight delay I check in around 10pm and I get a last room ( in front of the room is emergency exit ) very bad feeling when I step in the room, I feel “something” inside . Request to change but reception inform full house. Midnight my room keep got water sound , flush water sound !  Second morning I request to change room , 8pm finish work bck to hotel told me full ? I’m like ***? I requested to change in the early morning. One round of battle , I manage to change room , the boy told he help me take my luggage from old room, after 10 min , luggage that they sent to me is not belong to me!!!! Where is my baggage? After half an hour, my baggage is back to my room and they told me found it at the other room ??!! I got so many question mark in my mind . 11pm , a boy keep knock my dooor and call Ibu ibu……in the morning , housekeeping come in without knocking the door at 928am ! Thanks god  that moment I’m done changing !  Third night : this is the worst night for me. Been awake by toilet water sound again ! But this time is different , I feel something not right and I’m so scared. I try to ignore , but I feel “someone” sit on the other side of my bed and I feel my blanket is grasp firmly to the left side（I slept at right side ) ! The following is 447 am someone knock my door again !  I on my light and dare not to sleep anymore !  Fourth night : no story as I only back to hotel at 2am , I leave at 6am to airport  Hotel location is really good , breakfast nice too ."

"The room and all facilities are clean, Every morning I enjoyed swimming in clean wide pool. They also served many varieties testy food for breakfast. Anyway I had good experience and enjoyed staying in this hotel for two nights"

"La nostra stanza ha un buon soggiorno a Grand Whiz Praxis. Le viste dalla nostra stanza erano grandi, ma anche se al 18° piano era molto rumoroso, sia le strade, i vicini o alcuni lavoratori che si sforzavano e si muovevano alle 11:30. Anche le camere erano molto luminose la notte dalle finestre e dal corridoio. L'hotel sembra nuovo e in parte ancora in costruzione, ma non è molto ben mantenuto, poiché molti dispositivi mostrano segni di uso. Il nostro soggiorno è stato buono, ma probabilmente la prossima volta scelgo un altro hotel."

"Very nice, modern hotel. Close to many restaurants. Breakfast in nice place, very tasty. Helpful staff! The only but is concerning the cleaning - in general there was no dirt, cleaning was working, but on sheets and towels there were stains, even when we got new and fresh ones."
