Fai il check-in abbastanza tardi con la famiglia, finisci per avere condizioni della stanza con odore di muffa, un po 'umido e con un po' di sporco nella parte d'angolo della stanza. Non per lamentarsi così tanto, ma questo hotel ha davvero bisogno di migliorare la pulizia soprattutto della camera degli ospiti durante questo periodo di pandemia?

This is my second time staying at this hotel. When Checked in I was assigned a room with a terrible smell in the air. But the receptionist promptly changed my room. Best breakfast.

I stayed overnight in surabaya before going back to jakarta…..i found this hotel is quite nice….it is located on the main road and has lots of parking space and it’s easier for us to park by ourselves…. . When we arrived,we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and explained us about our room and the facilities of this hotel. . Overall,this is a recommended hotel for those who are staying in surabaya….

Location is good, in the heart of West Surabaya, close with CW and many food stalls. Room is clean, wide enough, bed is comfy, and the have very good service n staffs too. Definitely will be back next time

Highway exit is nearby, easy to reach to everywhere by highway. The cost of room rate is very valuable. Clean, tidy, breakfast is good. Nothing you can complain about

Visited for business trip in Surabaya, I was arriving at 5pm plus and I couldn’t get my room key because hotel system was having issue. Access room card cannot be programmed. After waiting for sone time, receptionist team have good initiative and took me to my room using master key card. Room not so clean, I found 2 botols of drink (consumed) inside fridge from previous guest hotel. And Seems bed sheet not being replaced. I was asking quiet room and high floor yet my special request wasn’t fulfilled. Plus points: spacious room, variety breakfast, good coffee.

I have stayed in many hotels in Surabaya. I think Fairfield is truly a great and comfortable hotel for the price point. This hotel deserves a great review. The service staff are all helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel
