Over all it gets a good rating from me. One thing that maybe able to improve is the standard of cleanliness. I dunno whether it only happened in the room which I booked for, but the bathroom was pretty mossy on the floor. I am okay with that, but for others, it may be intolerable. Thanks and be better ❤️

Hanno offerto sconti per l'acquisto di f&b nella camera del caffè Bess è piuttosto spazioso, pulito, bagno anche pulito, moderno e ben mantenuto, hanno anche fornito igiene, asciugacapelli e carta igienica extra. AC è freddo. La camera dispone di mini frigo e caldaia elettrica Piscine a Nizza, situato nel 9° piano (bagno per bambini e piscina per adulti) con una bella vista. Vendono delizioso pane al ristorante della giardina vicino alla piscina. Puoi anche ordinare cibo e goderlo dalla piscina. Il colazione è stato separato in 2 località, il ristorante Gardenia sul 9° piano e il salone esecutivo sul 38° piano.Il nostro colazione è stato presso il salone esecutivo, la Food ha una piccola selezione, ma deliziosa. Stayed at SRV between 29 Feb to 03 March 2024. Putri, she manages both the reservations, check-in & also SRV IG. Hotel location is smacked right in the centre to Jalan Tunjungan, the hotspot for the yuppies of Surabaya. Great food. Atmosphere too. The toilet is clean, with a bidet which is a must. Alot of people reviewed that the shower is not warm/hot enough. For me, it is right. Just need to run it for a good 5 minutes for the perfect water temperature. There is a rooftop pool on the 12th floor next to Sky Lites bistro. Bintang lemon is 38K, ceasar salad for 45K. Customer service is excellent across the entire hotel. Aircon in the room is so cold, which i like it. Surabaya weather is outrageously hot most of the days. Please bring cotton tops & bottoms. There is a bank, Mandiri within 3 mins walk from the hotel. If you want to buy your oleh oleh, its about a 8 mins walk. Lastly, i will definitely come back and stay in this hotel. The panaromic views is 360 degrees from the rooftop. Truly amazing views. The pool is 2metres at its deepest. Note: i shared some photos around Surabaya River View Hotel, for those who wants to buy your oleh-oleh (souvenirs) they accept cash, card, shopee pay, OVO pay, gopay too.

Stayed here for 1 night only. I got a superior room. It is very compact, although the amenities were all good, although it is standard amenities. The air conditioner is not cold, anyway it is good for me because i didn't like too cold either. I didn't try the breakfast, the committee which booked ny room made a mistake and order the room without breakfast. Although they correct their mistake later, I already ate my breakfast outside. This is a good hotel, however I cant believe that Mercure will provide such a budget style hotel. I thought that mercure will provide a decent full service hotel. Anyway. It is ok if only for an overnight stay like me

DDimas WahyadiatmikaWell this is our first time staying in this hotel, when we arrived the staff was so nice, they help us alot in the checkin process and it didnt take long till we finally arrived at our room.
The room was standard and we got the back view of the hotel, it was a river and some neighbours area, but at night, it was a better view. It was clean and tidy, most of it was already there and we just had to settle first. Actually it was quite nice to stay here, the vibe to rest and relax was quite here.
The breakfast was quite nice also, we got some Indonesian buffets with a lot of choices, it tastes good and quite satisfying.
Lemme tell you about some annoying things that happened to us, at midnight around 2am there some guests that try to enter our rooms, i guess they were drunk and chose the wrong rooms, it was quite some times, till they realised it was the wrong rooms, it didn't bother us much, but the wife was quite startled,
But overall it was quite an experience to stay here, definitely maybe we will choose this hotel again for our next staycation, thanks

Tutto era tutto a posto, ma una cosa che mi dispiaceva era il personale del ristorante quando abbiamo fatto colazione l'altro giorno. Nel ristorante di fronte chiese il numero di stanza che era molto normale gli ho detto 2 camere i miei figli 2 bambini 1 mia nipote 1 e gli ho detto che mio marito sarebbe qui presto, poi sono andato a trovare la nostra tavola e preparare il pasto dei miei figli improvvisamente è tornato con lo stesso interrogazione ha detto loro SOP 1 camera per 2 adulti ha chiesto quanto vecchio i miei figli anziani. Non ha senso perché può vedere il mio figlio anziano lontano dagli adulti ha appena 8 anni. E gli ho detto che sono venuto qui con 3 adulti, 2 bambini, 1 bambino così che cosa è il problema? Ho preso due camere.Mi dispiace alla fine, ma ha rovinato il mio umore mattinale.

La colazione non era sempre buona. Ci sono varietà limitata. Penso che il ristorante Food Exchange sia un po' troppo piccolo per la dimensione dell'hotel.
Il nuovo ristorante del patrimonio, dall'altro lato, è sorprendente.
Abbigliamento:
La piscina e il bar sono grandi posti per andare fuori, ma è necessario organizzare bene il tempo della piscina perché ci sono momenti di picco non ufficiali per le famiglie con bambini. A seconda delle vostre preferenze familiari, si potrebbe mirare a quei tempi o evitare completamente la piscina in quel momento.
Camera:
Grande e spazioso. Avevamo una grande vista della città. Non apprezzavo la mancanza di asciugamani nella vasca. Tutto il resto era al massimo standard.

La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

UUtente ospiteGrazie per il servizio @MaxOne Tidar Surabaya, che piacevole esperienza per 3 giorni e 2 notti. Personalmente per 3 stelle hotel, è già superato la mia aspettativa. Le camere sono confortevoli con letti confortevoli, fogli puliti, eccellenti canali TV e un'adeguata quantità di cuscinetti. Sono inoltre fornite strutture come 2 in 1 sapone (corpo e capelli), torcia, pasta dentale. La scelta del colazione è ben presentata con le opzioni come pane bianco e contenenti frutta, cereali, bevande e cibo indonesiano (riso semplice, riso fritto, noodle fritto/noodle fritto, frutta frittata di frutta e pollo frittata di frutta). Ci sono anche opzioni alimentari più tradizionali come Pecel (verdure a vapore con salsa di arachidi) e molti altri. Per la posizione dell'hotel, non c'è niente di simile da dire perché si trova nel centro della città, quindi qualsiasi accesso al minimarket, ristorante, ATM o banche, e centro commerciale come la Plaza Tunjungan sono facili da trovare. Grazie per il servizio del signor YUDHA, compreso il processo di verifica che è davvero veloce e conveniente. Infine, come l'altra parte della moneta, c'è ancora molto spazio per il miglioramento come una copertura completa della canoa di parcheggio (ho visto che la struttura è già lì).

CChelSiamo arrivati con un bambino di 2 mesi e 2 anni alle 13.30, ma si è scoperto che fino alle 15.00 avevamo una stanza, hanno detto che c'era ancora una lista d'attesa, ha detto la signora Tirta. La situazione era anche che mio figlio di 2 anni ha vomitato nella sala d'attesa per così tanto tempo che non è entrato nella stanza per riposare e alla fine un altro ufficiale del CS ha immediatamente ripulito le tracce del vomito di mio figlio. Sì, prima di sposarmi, se volevo pernottare venivo qui, ma poi sono rimasto davvero deluso. JJackkalThe Hotek was well located behind Tungunan Mall. About 5-7mins walk. Opp is a nice coffee place and there’s also a foodcourt at hotel lobby. Room started to age but aircon is cold thou. Good pricing

A few useful tips for you: order from the application with the lowest rate, choose the lowest class, do not order the service with breakfast, most importantly ... Lower expectations as low as possible
Plus: the price is very cheap, the publish-rate is even cheaper than some apps. Their lowest class (July 2022) is only 270k, 290k with breakfast (usually fried rice delivered to each room). The location is right in the heart of Surabaya, next door to Plaza Surabaya, Surabaya Square, Submarine Monument, and 5 minutes walk from Gubeng Lama Station. And oh yeah, each of their rooms is equipped with a bathtub.
Minus: some of the interiors seem gloomy and many are already dull. The swimming pool is so-so, but not child-friendly, the shallowest part is 1.2 m and there is no clear barrier with the bottom of the pool sloping to a depth of 1.9 m, so parents who invite their children to swim here must really accompany and ensure children just play along the stairs to enter the pool. Coffee, tea and toiletries provided are only for one person each, except for two towels which look very dull. The choice of food is very limited, the additional menu offered is very expensive, it's better to order online service
Two notes that bothered me quite a bit;

One of the youths who previously smoked, still wearing trousers and a t-shirt, entered the swimming pool, then used soap in the pool. Enough to take away my mood
