A transit stop for us on our way north in Denmark. There is a machine to check in after hours but as we arrived before it closed we were able to face to face with the office, which was nice. We were allocated a pitch and given an access code. We paid up front for the pitch and were asked to check out in the morning and pay any outstanding balance from hot water / facility usage. I decided to do some laundry here. We struggled with this facility both from a language and technical aspect and ended up being unable to complete the drying or have showers as our access code was blocked. We resolved the situation in the morning with the office and paid the balance. The site is clean and tidy with a restaurant and mini golf on site. Unfortunately as with much of Denmark the out of hours auto payment utilises MobilePay which requires a Danish registered phone number to work. This is short sighted as there were a great many German guests on site too. Perhaps not the site's fault, just a little frustrating as my kids were interested in the mini golf. The lake is a lovely feature. There are a great many neighbouring properties that all have private lake access so I'm not sure if you could walk very far here but certainly you could swim or launch a small craft from here maybe. All in all a great little stop over.
