Great stay. Pleasant reception staff made checking in easy and the room was everything I could ask for. Will stay again.

Best stay and spacious

這家酒店性價比很高，具體體現在： 1. 離Sunderland火車站和公交車大站走路5分鐘左右，處於市中心，且走路2分鐘就能到bridges商場，周邊也有很多餐廳的選擇。 2. 由於是2022年新建的酒店，所以設施都很新很現代化，房間也比較乾淨。作為略有潔癖的我來説，是比較滿意的，但是枕頭上有一些不明污漬，所以我換上了自己的枕巾。設施給4星的原因是隔音效果太差，凡是經過門口的人講話能聽得一清二楚，不過晚上睡覺倒是比較安靜的。 3. 早餐選擇真的不多，到第二天大家都感覺吃膩了。價格也不算便宜，所以我個人不太建議在酒店吃自助早餐。 4. 酒店員工是比較友好的，也比較樂於助人。 總結：如果以後再去桑德蘭，肯定會考慮再住在這邊。（附圖為我住的酒店房間+酒店周邊拍的照片）

從1.7-15號,無論是衞生還是環境,還是服務再到設施.這個酒店都給我留下了超級超級不錯的印象.以後還會住的!!!

環境好，設施新，酒店性價比高，但工作人員缺乏服務意識。

位置環境衞生都很好，性價比高

Staff are friendly and mostly professional. Left my umbrella in room, in wardrobe behind ironing board, and told it is not there; twice. I am not convinced. Room temperature controlled centrally so had to call Reception every time.

Excellent room good shower and toiletries, very pleasant staff. Food and bar offer was good.

Car parking. Was told how much it would cost by the reception and was doubled. St Mary’s car park do t park there
