Despite having a spacious room, the shower was too small. The cleanliness could be improved though. Overall, it was an average experience.

Great for a family holiday with a massive pool and also right on the beach. Monkeys were an added surprise too! Interior is a little dated and could do with a bit better cleaning, not that it was dirty though. Location was great too, far enough away from the action that it was peaceful but close enough that you werent missing out. All the staff were amazing too, some of the most friendly I have met. They must be doing something right, place was busy and a great atmosphere there from dusk til dawn. Definitely family oriented, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a no-noise, romantic getaway.

Suuitable for relaxing. Beautiful view from the balcony.The room is spacious and clean. Its just hard to go out shopping or buy things if you don't have your own vehicle.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Everything just perfect like our previous stay.

Every years will satay here for relax and all services all good.

The room was big, which justified the price we paid, but the only thing I didn't like was that when we entered, the floor was sandy. We immediately informed room service, and they took around 5-10 minutes to clean it. Other than that, it was nice.

Good location, best swimming pool for kids and private beach

Old, gross, damp. The room was so wet that it warped my passport! Although we requested a non smoking room our room reeked of cigarettes. When checking in, they charged me 13rm although the tax had been paid through the trip.com booking. The booking said I would be charged 3rm but they wanted 13rm. They crossed out the QR code that is used to contact the help desk as well. Never again!

Arrived around 4pm and check in consider fast although got few guest at counter. Room all ok and cleanliness acceptable. Didnt take the breakfast because we want to explore the place. Pool also good for children. Will come back in future.

The hotel is old in terms of furniture , but it is very suitable for those who bring with kids because there are many facilities for children.. A beautiful place to relax while watching the sunset while having a massage.. The staff hotel has friendly and helpful staff, especially the staff who help deliver bags to the room. .. no matter what, I will probably come back to this hotel again..

Bayview Beach Resort Penang was an excellent choice for our family stay. The Family Suite was spacious, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The breakfast was delicious, though the selection was limited. The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone. Highly recommended!

It was okay. Nice environment. However the linen and towel were clearly not cleaned. It felt stuffy and there’s smell. Although, it was nice of a service that they settled the wifi issue and wrong assignment of room that lead to giving us an upgraded room. I love that they resolved it early.
