La stanza era davanti al motel, le luci esterne mostravano tutto il nido e le tende nere non si trattava di luce di giorno. Il bagno non aveva vento per togliere l'umidità, la stanza era fredda, (la temperatura era al basso 2Os fuori) dovevo usare il asciugacapelli per riscaldarla. Non c'era Kleenex, non c'era lampada ad ascolto. Ho scelto Country Inn per il loro rating e sono stato molto deluso.Non potevo chiamare questa un'esperienza positiva e dubito di incoraggiare chiunque ad utilizzare Country Inn e Suites. L'accento era in tempo.Mary era un vero piacere e molto utile.

I don't often stay at Marriott properties and I was hoping to have a good experience. This was not the case. I always do my research and check the reviews before staying at a property. With this place being one of the leading properties in the area, I felt it would be a good choice. Nope. I'll just get to the point. The cleanliness of our room was sub par. Obvious wear and tear around the room, there was soap scum/grime on the sink faucet, the bathtub looked very worn, there was very little toilet paper on the roll, the beds were not comfortable, the pillows were very flat, the TV was small and not centered in the room, the fridge barely kept anything cold at all, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Not in the least impressed. Won't be coming back.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The room was adequately equipped for the stay, the beds comfortable, the bathroom large enough. The general substance of the hotel still seemed sufficiently new and well maintained. What was an insult, however, was the included breakfast. Neither the selection nor the quantities were adequate. there were few baked goods, of the intended four hot dishes, two were always unavailable and I never found a spoon for the yogurt on any day of the week, if it was available at all. Now this may have been due to logistical problems caused by COVID but after 18 months of the pandemic they should know how to help themselves. But obviously there are other problems due to the pandemic in this hotel. Room cleaning and bed making has been reduced to Tuesdays and Fridays and you have to get your own fresh towels from reception. What i also found negative was the loudness of the AC, which could not be turned off. The staff confirmed that this was a known issue and that there were only a few rooms in the hotel with newer ACs installed, which were not only quieter, but also possible to turn off. All in all the stay was OK but the general expectations were only under-fulfilled.
