one of the cleanest hotels and room i've stayed in in a long time.

We were checked in to not just 1 but 2 times to dirty room that had not been cleaned. No where on this website does it say because you booked through them you have to pay deposit of same amount as entire stay. So that took my bank money (cash on hand ) money away from us. If I didn't have credit cards we would out of town with zero money. Because we checked I'm through this app the hotel would not refund our money . I have pictures of the check in for the 2 different rooms. I called down to let them know our room was filthy and they checked us I'm another room. It waa worst than the first. We are now in 3rd room and house keeping far past 3 days have not even gave us fresh towels...

Nice property, reasonable price for the quality. I have had a bad experience here once before with a drunken couple carrying on all night next door, but that was an outlier experience. You won’t find friendlier staff.

Next reservation we are going to request a room overlooking main parking lot. Had a room that overlooked main road and was up all night with roar of big trucks “Jake” breaking coming into town.

We had no hot water at all. One elevator was broke and the other took forever when called on.

Unfortunately, our room did not have hot water for showers, and my card was charged 3 times. I have been trying to sort it out since last night, but no manager was available on the premises for assistance.

We did not realize that LaQuinta now charges an extra $25 per pet per night. I don’t recall seeing that when making reservation.

Woke up during the night to find at least an inch of water on the floor and carpeting in hall saturated, extending to bed. My feet actually sunk into a squishy rug ugh
