Nice pool and right ok the beach Rooms were spacious with fridge , air and wifi Rooms a little tired but perfectly functional Food in restaurant tastes ok but was mostly cold for breakfast and even rice for dinner came cold Staff were all very pleasant

Locatie is top, ligt ver van de stad en dicht bij Tulehu (haven), daardoor erg rustig vergeleken bij de rest van Ambon. Zwembad is schoon en wordt goed bijgehouden. Ontbijt is ook zeer uitgebreid. Helaas is het restaurant en personeel dat in het restaurant werkt ronduit verschrikkelijk, elke dag wel een uur tot 1,5 uur op ons eten gewacht, soms vergaten ze zelfs onze orders. Vraag je om een menu wordt er verteld dat er geen menu’s meer beschikbaar zijn.

Sudah bagus hanya saja untuk makanannya kalo bisa dengan harga segitu harusnya rasanya enak,jujur kemaren pesan jus rasanya tawar sangat,sepertinya cuman buat dan air saja

It takes some time before you realize that this hotel could be located anywhere in the (sub)tropics. Nonetheless, the food and buffet narrows your location to Indonesia. Very helpful and friendly staff, good rooms, good wifi, adequate bathroom, though in need of some maintenance. The life music on the compound is loud, but the musicians listen to your request to tune down. Enjoy the nearby 100+ stalls with delicious Rujak Ambon.

We had a reservation for this hotel However a govermental organisation had a event and the resort just canceled all reservations for that. Very unfriendly, so wacht out! A reservation means nothing here. Very unreliable resort. Don't book here.

The hotel offers beautiful rooms with beach view at a very reasonable price. Value for money is incredible. Staff is well prepared and extremely friendly. Special thanks to Ryan from reception who organised an airport transfer for me in the middle of the night on very short notice.

We had good food and an amazing friendly and excellent service by Vivi! Chilling Indonesian music and nice breakfast with excellent cappuccino. The staff is very friendly and is taking care of the customers. When you are in-between two trips in Ambon, this a perfect place to stay.

This hotel is soooo nice for a quiet holiday. It has a private, quiet, calm beach that is very clean with very beautifull scenery. I can just sit in my balcony with a cup of coffee all day. Just 15 minutes walk and we will see a public beach where people sell rujak, fruit, durian etc. There are a few traditional Minimart also. The best part of this hotel is the people. They are very polite, kind and try to be as helpful as possible. The biggest problem is the taste of the food. The look is good but the chef really must learn again. What a waste that such a nice hotel has to serve such tasteless food. They serve Indonesian food with minimal spices. This is conference hotel and serve wedding and meeting. But the food taste is sorely lacking. The western food is tasteless. The Asian food is just terrible. The best food durung breakfast is omelette and coffee. Manager, just have your chef study again from a senior chef. I really want to hring my team but the food really bothers me The other problem is the band. Around 40-50% are senior from various countries,. The band should know the musics from the 80s. Instead they only play Indonesian songs from the 2000.

We used the Natsepa as our Ambon ‘base’ during a 2 week trip to Maluku. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, with more hits than misses. Good: - Spacious rooms - Great swimming pool, big and deep - Nice gardens and views from jetty - Very good food - Staff were nice and helpful - Car & driver for the day was excellent and good value - They arranged motorbike hire/delivery for us Not so good: - We had virtually no hot water during our first, 2 night, stay. A problem with the block we were staying in, apparently - The gym was poor. Not very much equipment and some of it broken - Wi-Fi a bit temperamental at times

The Natsepa is a wonderful place to stay and relax.with a nice swimmingpool. They have a fine restaurant with lots of choisesThe waiter Andrew served us very well and was explaining about the food. He is a friendly and patiënt person. All the staf is very nice
