Hotel in zona Tiefenbachsee, Stoccarda

Ich hatte 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht, da meine Tochter in Stuttgart im Krankenhaus lag. Bei der Buchung musste ich den vollen Betrag inklusive Frühstück und Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Voraus bezahlen. Glücklicherweise wurde meine Tochter nach dem zweiten Tag bereits wieder aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen und wir konnten zurück nach Hause fahren. Als ich beim Auschecken auf die Rückerstattung der zu viel gezahlten Übernachtungen zu sprechen kam, bat mich der Mitarbeiter eine Nachricht mit dem Anliegen an die Chefin zu schreiben, er würde es dann weiterleiten. Zwei Wochen später hatte ich immer noch keine Rückerstattung und auch keine Rückmeldung. Darauf hin habe ich nochmals eine Nachricht Im Internetportal an das Hotel mit einer Frist zur Rückmeldung gesendet. Die Frist ist abgelaufen, Rückmeldung und Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige. Wenn ein Hotel meint, dass es Geld für eine Umbuchung einbehalten muss, erwarte ich zumindest eine Rückmeldung. Das Anliegen eines Kunden einfach auszusitzen und eine Notsituation zur Gewinnmaximierung auszunutzen geht gar nicht. Ich werde den Fall wahrscheinlich an meinen Anwalt übergeben. Das Verhalten der Leitung dieses Hotels grenzt an betrügerisches Verhalten. Ich lerne daraus, dass ich nicht mehr in einem solchen billigen Hotel im Voraus bezahlen und lieber ein paar Euro mehr für ein renommiertes Hotel ausgeben werde. An alle anderen, die in Stuttgart übernachten wollen: Finger weg vom Hotel Sautter, wenn etwas unvorhersehbares kommt, werdet ihr dort abgezockt!

There is a vending machine In the Hotel so that you can purchase beverages for very fair prices Wifi worked well Staff in the evening was very friendly. Staff in the morning was adequate. For breakfast an additional payment and a new covid Test would have been required for an additional fee, therefore, we did not Eat there in the morning. We would book again Enjoy the stay!

La stanza era piccola, ma sufficiente e ben attrezzata, la colazione poteva essere prenotato, niente di straordinario, ma per il prezzo assolutamente ok. È ben raggiungibile con la PNV, tra cui, per ora, non è una posizione tranquilla (con le finestre che rimuovono un gran numero di rumore dall'esterno). Abbiamo visitato il concerto Rammstein sulla Cannstatter Wasen e questo è l'hotel perfetto per gli eventi lì. A piedi circa 10min. L'iscrizione è stata molto amichevole e senza complicato. La macchina poteva essere parcheggiata nel garage dell'hotel ( a causa dell'evento non c'era altro spazio e nessun parcheggio), la stanza era molto pulita e anche sabato sera molto tranquilla, le letti comodi. Purtroppo non possiamo valutare la colazione, ma purtroppo abbiamo prenotato per dormire (che non era un problema con il checkout tardivo :.) perso. Non possiamo comprendere le valutazioni parzialmente negative (se la concorrenza è infondata?). Bad Cannstatt, per quanto possiamo valutare, non è ”Fancy Pants Schicki Micki” Stuttgart, ma incredibilmente autentico e emozionante per esplorare.

Il personale era molto amichevole,Le camere sono molto pulite. Bagno super. Per le escursioni 2-3Tages l'hotel è davvero top. La colazione è molto ricco e delizioso. Parcheggio dovrebbe essere prenotato con il garage profondo. Eravamo molto soddisfatti. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

Our recent experience at Centro Park Hotel in Ostfildern has left us utterly disappointed, prompting us to share our ordeal on TripAdvisor as a warning to potential guests. We had booked a three-night stay from September 5 to 8, and right from the start, issues arose. The automated check-in machine, intended to replace human reception, was out of order. Our late arrival stranded us outside, unable to check in. After a frustrating 15-minute call, we were promised assistance in 20 minutes (though we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes outside). To compound matters, one of our team members' rooms wasn't registered, and they had to settle for another guest's room. Later that night, another team member arrived around 11 pm, and the individual who eventually opened the door made her wait outside for approximately twenty minutes before allowing her in. The mismanagement persisted with no available drinks in the lobby and a lack of bottled water in the rooms—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputable chain. We stayed at Centro Park Hotel for professional reasons, and the experience as guests was absolutely inexcusable, all in the presence of our client. We want to highlight that we had to apologize to our client for the dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of Centro Hotel's staff and management, which is not only embarrassing for the hotel in Ostfildern but highly inappropriate. What we experienced in this hotel was absolutely disrespectful. Their proposed solution for reimbursement? A paltry voucher for 200 euros... Never again will we choose this establishment. Disheartened and Disappointed

L'hotel è sicuramente pulito e il personale è molto sforzato. Purtroppo, l'hotel è arrivato abbastanza negli anni, ciò che si mostra anche nella sala di entrata e in tutto l'ambiente. Le camere sono in parte molto piccole e usate. Il ristorante offre molto buona cena come carta con un buon servizio. Questo non è tutto davvero drammatico male, ma l'hotel ha davvero un po' di potenziale

Albergo carino, stanze belline, bagno ok, letto molto comodo, buona pulizia, personale gentile, colazione buona, prezzo buono, posizione non male a 15 minuti a piedi però c'è vicinissima la fermata del treno di superficie
