Hotel in zona Stuttgart State Museum of Natural History, Stoccarda

L'hotel è situato al bordo di un quartiere residenziale su una strada guidata. Si trova in una parte di una casa commerciale più grande. Il personale è molto amichevole. La colazione è molto buona, la camera è pulita e attraente. Purtroppo ci sono solo tende e non ci sono giardini, quindi la luce del sole è presto mattina solo se uno dei lavoratori di ufficio lontani dall'~6m, che si trovano nello stesso edificio, può guardare nella stanza. L'isolamento acustico delle pareti è buono, la porta della stanza lascia purtroppo molto passare. Male quando si usano dal 6 al mattino in marcia le mani. Sintesi: per i viaggiatori di business che si alzano presto, va bene.

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

l'Hotel si trova nel mezzo di un cantiere stradale per cui non è raggiungibile dalla strada principale, noi ci siamo arrivati prendendo una serie di stradine sul retro e siamo entrati nel parcheggio dell'Hotel dall'uscita sul retro. Di questi lavori avrebbero potuto avvisarci via mail - sono lavori iniziati tempo fa non da due giorni. Il parcheggio ha posto per non più di 8 auto per cui sempre occupato. Ci è stata data una stanza con un arredamento improbabile, fatto per lo più di panche rivestite di moquette vecchia, con sedute di cuscini ed una poltrona molto sporca, sulle quali non abbiamo osato sederci. Bagno con vasca, da migliorare. Unica nota positiva la colazione molto varia ed assortita. Per andare in centro basta prendere il tram che fa fermata proprio di fronte all'Hotel.

Il Maritim Hotel è altamente raccomandato. I dipendenti super gentili, sia nel servizio, nella reception o anche nel personale delle pulizie, sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Volentieri ancora e ancora. Ovviamente anche la posizione è ottima. Il centro (Arnuf-Klettplatz) è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10-20 minuti, a seconda di quanto siete bravi a camminare. Anche la colazione è fantastica. Come accennato in precedenza, un hotel di alto livello.

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

Sono stati occasionalmente qui negli ultimi anni. Secondo un nuovo nome non è cambiato molto. La prenotazione funziona perfettamente come sempre. Se non si svolgeno grandi eventi in zona, sono disponibili prezzi e offerte economiche. La guida in auto in garage è buona, ma allora è necessario trovare la via d'uscita giusta nella gigantesca garage del centro commerciale. L'hotel non è centrale a Stuttgart, ma nella periferia, la connessione con la S-Bahn (5-10 min pedonale) è anche buona sera. ricevimento e check-in veloce, cortese, senza complicato. Camere e bagno sono puliti, e funzionale, ma non di lusso. Alcuni camere sulla strada principale possono essere abbastanza rumorosi a finestra aperta. Tuttavia, dall'altra parte si dormi molto tranquillo. In estate, le camere possono anche riscaldare a seconda della posizione e del sole. Il buffet per colazione è sempre stato molto buono, al momento la scelta è notevolmente limitata dalla situazione sanitaria, ma la qualità è ancora accettabile. Chi è consapevole della situazione, per il quale il soggiorno qui vale il suo prezzo.

Scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza all'autostrada ma il servizio è a dir poco scadente, in un ostello si ha più cura dell'ospite. Alloggiato per una settimana e la camera mai rifatta, asciugamani cambiate solo su nostra richiesta (ed insufficienti in numero in struttura per tutti gli ospiti); carta igienica esaurita ed ho dovuto addirittura prenderla da altre camere vuote. Senza parole, mai più esperienza simile.

das ”neue” leonardo ist sehr schön geworden. alles sehr modern und ebenso geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. die zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles, was man erwartet. wir hatten ein zimmer zur straße und (aufgrund der schalldichten fenster) nichts davon gehört; im sommer wird das (bei geöffnetem fenster) sicher anders sein. das bett hatte leider eine durchgehende matratze und (nur eine!) decke; manche mögen das mögen, für uns war das nichts! bad ok, internet-empfang ausreichend. frühstück vielfältig und gut. aus dem benachbarten öffentlichen parkhaus (13 € pro tag) kommt man - trockenen fusses - über den fahrstuhl zur reception. personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. uneingeschränkt emfehlenswert!

As close to the airport as it gets. Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
